Tuncay is situated in Selçuk, a one-hour drive from Izmir. It offers a courtyard with a mandarin tree and a large balcony with a fireplace and traditional Turkish seating areas.

Score from 305 reviews Very good
The worst reception I have ever had in an hotel. We arrive tired and late at night and nobody was waiting for us (despite we said it), and after a while an angry unpolite big boy recept us wearing a pyjama. No check in, no explanations, "private parking" was a dark and dangerous passage.... Dirty room (something bite us...), very thin bed sheets (winter) and defficcient toilet. Finally very poor breakfast. It doesn't worth it, even being a cheap option
Very close to bus and train station people are nice and breakfast is good.
It is not filthy, but not very clean either.
Gabi & Tom is wonderful person very helpful thanks again
Everything was perfect nothing to dislike
-convenient -let us leave stuff there all day -friendly -budget minded
-not sparkling clean, but good enough for just overnight -small room -so-so bed -toilet tank leaked
Wi-fi was not available when you got to the 3rd floor.
Location, friendly staff, good breakfast
Low water pressure and lukewarm water in shower
The owner is very nice and helped us with turism information in Turkey.
No warm water in bathroom
The hotel is about five minutes on foot from the train station and is close to the few pedestrian streets with stores and eateries. The staff is friendly.
I stayed for a night and the hotel was adequate considering its price point. The paint is too pastel and the bed is too soft. Hot water is slow to come in the shower. Breakfast is ok with few selections. Guests taking items on the buffet would be bumped by guests getting into the restaurant.
hotel is located in center of the town nicely. staffs are kind and breakfast is excellent.
The staff service is very bad. During my stay, the city has problem with water supplies since any problem with the pipe. When I 'm complaining to the reception, she has not solution, I bought some drinking water for shower. The hotel supposed supply water for guest (maybe buy 1 water galon for each room or more).
Good location, very close to the train station and the center of selcuk. Staff was not the friendliest I've ever seen, but it was OK. Very nice breakfast buffet
Friendly staff, they give a map and explain how to go to ephesus and other attractions. They offered tea in the common room. Comfortable bed, good A/C and wifi, wooden floor. Great location 5 min walking from bus station and close to restaurants. I would come back!
Bathroom looks old but it is clean so it is not a problem.
Close location to bus station and other sights
My room is just beside the street so it's a bit noise if go to bed early. The bed not quite the same as in the picture
This is a nice option for those on a budget. Rooms are clean, breakfast is good (typical Turkish breakfast of bread, jams, yogurt, cereal, eggs, fruits and vegetables, cheese), and the location is a very short walk from the train or bus stations. Staff speaks excellent English. The hotel is on a street right behind the train station, but you actually have to turn onto a short alley in order to enter (there is a sign on the main street, though, so it's easy to find). I liked that the front wasn't directly on the main street, because it was very quiet. If you're looking for something fancy, this is not the place, but if you're on a budget and just need something clean and comfortable this is a great option.
Everything was great!
Location close to the center, walkable distance from Selcuk point of interest. Nice courtyard. Good breakfast. Rooms are basic but clean, despite the first bad impression given by the dirty stairs and hall. Personnel helpful.
The hall looks old and dirty, the stairs as well. We got a bit scared before seeing the room :)
5 mins walk to train stn, 15 mins to bus stn. Helpful staff who explained all local attractions and how to get there. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast in nice setting. Very bright, airy room.
good location, nice staff, comfortable room, clean batroom in the room~
cant get water in the kitchen
It is close to otogar, and there is a korean owner so she can be big helf if you are korean.
it is too difficult to open hot water for shower
Location, staff comprehensive, garden breakfast.
No hot water in the morning due to hotel fully booked
Near the station, the city center, the bus station. Adorable staff. Clean and confortable room.
Our room was at the 4th fllor without elevator!!!
staff not kindly, bathroom is worn
Stayed 2 nights in a 4 bed dorm. The room and the bed was clean and it was quiet at night. Wifi is working pretty well in the room. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Their breakfast also was very nice! It's 5 mins distance by walking from the otogar and the major tourist attractions. Nice hostel!
The bathroom was not that as clean as I expected. Other than that I liked staying here.
it is normal hotel. good location. cheap price
i cant hot shower. dirty, small bathroom and toilet. staff is little bit annoying.
