長距離夜行バスで早朝到着の為、宿泊はしないつもりで予約しました。 バス到着時にバス停まで迎えに来てくれました。広い部屋を用意してくれ チェックアウトも出発時間まで延長し部屋を使わせて下さいました。 空港までの送迎の手配もしてくれゆっくり出来ました。 スタッフもみんな親切でした。 予約時に質問事項を記入したが返事が全く来なかった。

コストパフォーマンスがかなりいい。パムッカレの入り口から徒歩５分ほど。私は利用をしなかったが、広くて- きれい（に見える）プールやジャグジーなどもあり設備面も充実している。 部屋はところどころ気になる点はあった（シャワーの排水が悪いなど）金額を考えれば「悪い」とはあまり思わ- ない。

夜行バスでパムッカレに到着すると目の前がこのホテルだったので かなり便利でした。 この金額でプールもついていて、立地も良いのでお勧めです。

Good location. Very rude staff. When some female customers want to cancel over priced tour package, the staff never accept and shouted to their customer. Very rude I don't recommand this hotel. You can walk 20 meters more than you can stay in very kind hotel.

Location, good breakfast, lots of space for sitting outside the room, friendly staff. At 25 Euro for double room with ensuite bathroom ,good value for money. Furnitures were old and wore. No chair no TV in the room. Could be noisy in the summer when people sitting and drinking near the pool which is at the middle of the hotel.

What isn't there to like. I loved absolutely everything about this hostel. Great staff, clean rooms, awesome breakfast, close to everything like the travertines and it's got a great, friendly atmosphere. It seemed like everyone who stayed at Pamukkale, stayed at the Yoruk. It's right next to the dolmus stop and the manager, Anna, was a great source of local info - especially about getting around to different Turkish towns and places to eat. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Artemis Yoruk Hotel definitely lives up to it's hype.

Nothing really,but we are a retiered couple and i did,nt look to far into it. In our oppinion it is ideal for pack packers.But not suitible for people of are age group.

The staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. It was very comfortable to stay in the winter season with sauna facility. The breakfast was good and the 24 hour common area was very cosy and inviting.

what made us so happy was the welcoming drink which was offered to us right away as we entered to hotel and also seeing all the happy smily faces of the staff wchich made us fell so comfortable and the guy at the reception whos name was suleyman who help us for the the questions that we had and also helped us to book our bus ticket and the hotel is in a perfect location in town easy to walk the hole erea in 5 minutes so loved this hotel we look forward to stay here on our next vacation.

well the hotel locations is perfect 5 minute walking distance to pamukkale and the people at the hotel where so friendly and we felt likewe knew them for a long time so we reccomend this hotel to every one thats visiting pamukkale thank you artemis yoruk hotel family hopefully see you on our next visit .

thnks to this hotel our stay was so great at this place we able we felt so comfort like in our own home the workers there they where so help full and help us for everyuthing that we needed so we can recommend everyuone this hotel.

Their customer service was very bad. And their breadfast time was not on time! Because our journey was very tight, and the day we have to drive 10 hours to Goreme. So, we are very satisfied with that! Also, the staff sales us to join the balloon tour at the cappadocia, ask us to pay the deposit and then their staff will take us in the morning at the cappadocia. But finally, no one comes! We are cheated!

We found the room to be big and clean. The hotel staff especially the manager Mr. Ali were very pleasant and helpful. We found their Turkish bath a delight. Breakfast was sumptuous and tea was available 24 hours. Mr. Ali is a very jovial person who strikes a chord with all the guests. He was extremely helpful. Everything was excellent about the hotel.

This hotel feels just like the Turkey we visited 25 years ago rather than the all inclusive holiday hotspots which seem to have taken over on the coast. Very relaxing hotel and perfect position from which to explore Pamukkale.

It was close to the calcite formations. Walkable distance. The hotel personal was a friendly American young and another personal, Bayram, fed us eventhough we arrived late after 10pm. It was close to the historical place and price was reasonable.

Highlights: Very friendly and helpful staff, indoor pool was very clean and much enjoyed by our children, within walking distance to Hieropolis, although hotel is a bit tired and old it represented great value for money - will highly recommend to friends Our room was not cleaned on the second day
