The staff here are all very welcoming and show great hospitality. They helped quite a lot, even helped us to buy some turkish delight for souvenirs (good quality with a very attractive price) We visited there at a low season and the manager even give us a free upgrade to suite (and that's grougrous!) my wife and me enjoyed a very pleasant 5-day stay here. It's about 10 mins walk from the blue mosque, but the lane near hotel is very quiet after dark. It should always be wise not to walk alone in midnight.

During our stay in Aruna Boutique Hotel we liked the room, though small, was warm, beautiful and functional. Located close to all sites we wanted to visit and the breakfast was good. The cleaning of the room could be much better.

The staff were always tremulously helpful no matter what time of the day you approached them. A delightfully quiet room, no view but quiet which is what I look for. My only comment it does say tea and coffee facilities in the room and there weren't any. I did expereince problem with the airport transfer to hotel which was very expensive one can get it cheaper and with better more reliable drivers

The location was perfect for us as we enjoy walking and do not mind walking on/up small cobble stone streets but for some the location might have been a little challenging. There was a great breakfast included each morning with many options to choose from and please. The staff were all very nice. The bedroom had no sheer curtain and you were right up against another building/rooms so you had two choices: close the full curtain and have no day light or watch the folks in the room right across the street and/or have them peer at you. The room is very small and there is little space for luggage if you want to reach the bed. There is a safe in the room but the staff has the key too...that is odd to us. There is supposed to be a electronic code you can use to personalize it but ours did not work. The bathtub/shower was stopped up badly causing for inches of water to pool around you when you showered.

Mr. Omt is very welcoming and helpful, I personaly spent good time talking to him; I wish him the best in life. Mr. Hanafy is very helpful. The food is tasty and healthy. The location is perfect for visiting old Istanbul.

The design of the hotel, the cleanliness, the location and breakfast The hotel reception staff, they lied to us many times, they threw our luggage out without our knowledge even after we agreed on a late checkout, they weren't freindly. If you value good customey service Aruna is not your hotel at all

The room was lovely and very clean. The staff were helpful. The location good, close to major sites, but quiet at night. The roof top restaurant has great views. Some of the nearby places looked a bit rough, and was a little offputting at first, but not a problem.

Breakfast was great. Huge selection The sauna and turkish bath etc is not included in the price as you are lead to believe. Its 100 lira to use and takes 4 hours to warm up. The pool is not a pool and just a 100 m sq dipping pool for after sauna. Expensive hotel as the facilities offered were not included in price.

From arriving to departure was a great experience. The hotel staff are professional, friendly and always willing to help. Our room was beatiful and clean aswell as the bathroom. The meals on the loft of the hotel are well prepared and the "cherrie on the cake" is the great view.
