Aruna Hotel  

Mr. Arsan from the reception was so nice person to deal with. He was very helpful as far as he could with so limited resources. The other hotel staff were kind and helpful as well.

Most of the staff could not speak English and un able to communicate. The hotel has poor resources as I asked gor Iron which they gave it to me for 2 days before getting it back for another guest!! You have to keep asking for simple basic things to be done like changing cups,fixing the fridge.

Friendly staff, great breakfast. Good location. For travel

The location was perfect for us as we enjoy walking and do not mind walking on/up small cobble stone streets but for some the location might have been a little challenging. There was a great breakfast included each morning with many options to choose from and please. The staff were all very nice.

The bedroom had no sheer curtain and you were right up against another building/rooms so you had two choices: close the full curtain and have no day light or watch the folks in the room right across the street and/or have them peer at you. The room is very small and there is little space for luggage if you want to reach the bed. There is a safe in the room but the staff has the key too...that is odd to us. There is supposed to be a electronic code you can use to personalize it but ours did not work. The bathtub/shower was stopped up badly causing for inches of water to pool around you when you showered.

The design of the hotel, the cleanliness, the location and breakfast

The hotel reception staff, they lied to us many times, they threw our luggage out without our knowledge even after we agreed on a late checkout, they weren't freindly. If you value good customey service Aruna is not your hotel at all

The room was lovely and very clean. The staff were helpful. The location good, close to major sites, but quiet at night. The roof top restaurant has great views.

Some of the nearby places looked a bit rough, and was a little offputting at first, but not a problem.

From arriving to departure was a great experience. The hotel staff are professional, friendly and always willing to help. Our room was beatiful and clean aswell as the bathroom. The meals on the loft of the hotel are well prepared and the "cherrie on the cake" is the great view.

Good location but a little noisy due to the road thru hotel. Nice breakfast. About 5 mins walk to Sultanahmet Mosque and Hagia Sophia.

Hotel personal was very helpfull - especially Rojen and Nevzat.
