There was a guy very friendly in the hotel, very helpful as well, the room was big, the roof restaurant had a beautiful view The windows were double glass, so no noise The room was large There was a jaccuzi tub in the bathroom

The location is not very near to sultanahmet tramway stop, 7 minutes walking with slopes and streests The room service is not available 24 hrs a day The air conditioner was automatically setting off after 15 minutes, although I removed the timer and everything else There are no activities in the hotel, like turkish bath or sauna There is no elevator The closet was very noisy The finishing in the toilets is bad The double bed is small The wifi network was very weak on the 4th floor and as you go up

An excellent small hotel in an excellent location, with views from the roof terrace of the Blue Mosque and the sea. The rooms [we stayed in three] were extremely comfortable and clean, and we enjoyed very good breakfasts. The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke good English. We would certainly return.

Perfect location.

The staffs are nice and helpful. The room was nice and clean, good location, comfortable beds. A small hotel well situated close to Blue Mosque and main attractions. Room with tea/coffee making facilities, TV, seating area - beds rather on firm side! Breakfast served upstairs - can be eaten on roof terrace but rather cool when we were there. Breakfast area has lovely view, which looks across Istanbul to the sea.

The negative factor for this hotel is noise. You cannot sleep because of slanging doors, poky stairs and thin walls in result you can hear everything from your next door, even their chat or pouring water for tea. My room was deluxe, it was nice but DVD, refrigerator, bulbs and power sockets were not working, no covering for the shower resulting in a lot of water in the bathroom and the moist gave an odour I complained about bulbs, sockets and refrigerator but only light bulb replaced next day. First two nights we couldn’t sleep because of the noise from slanging doors within building and especially from bathroom of our neighbour which was next to our bed; literally you can hear their normal chat, making tea, and everything. You feel like they are in your room. I have to go down and complained at 2 am. In morning I complained again and I was told if they move us to another room, I have to pay extra. I was told, its only us who have this problem and no one ever reported this problem before, which I found out now from previous reviews, that most people had this problem before. Next night at 2am, I have to call reception staff in my room to witness the unacceptable noise. He apologized and next morning manager gave us another room without asking for extra charge. The breakfast buffet was same every day. If you can sleep during musical concert, then there will be no problem.

Localização excelente,quartos do 2º e 3º andares bem arejados,custo benefício excelente tbem, funcionários sempre prontos a ajudar.Café da manhã muito bom. Ficaria novamente no hotel e recomendo a quem queira.

Internet não funciona bem no terceiro andar e falta de elevador.

Litt "slitent". Vi hadde bestilt suiten, men fikk ikke denne første natten. Enkelte i resepsjonen var ikke servicemainded i det hele tatt.

Restaurant manzarası harika, fiyat kalite dengesi yerinde. Temiz, özenli, sessiz, kolay ulaşım. Tekrar gelirim.

Ubicación. Desayuno. Habitaciones amplias.

Olor en las habitaciones (baño). Wi-Fi solo en recepción. Un día había gente arreglando sillas dentro de la habitación!!!. Sin ascensor.

Excellent and very helpful staff

Toilet seat was broken in first room, shower was broken in second room. A lot of noise
