Very dirty and staff not professional. They don't speak English at all, and are not prepared to manage a hotel. I don't know why it's in booking.
Only location is good
The personnel is very bad..They don't help you and try to trick you. The rooms are small and too loud area. We couldn't sleep. You can get much better hotels for this price.
-Very noisy hotel -General problems with electricity, they acted like its normal thing for them. -Bad breakfast -Problems with wifi -When we arrived, they didn't have rooms enough for all of us and we had to share rooms. I don't recomend this hotel.
The hotel is 300 m away from aksaray tram station.
The breakfast is very poor. We didn't have breakfast because at 9:30 am there was almost nothing left in the buffet... Nobody was there to refresh it.
Very nice and kind staff! Good location, which makes it easy to reach Grand Bazar and other attractions located nearby by walking.
Small bedroom and bathroom. Very noise in street during night which makes it difficult to fall asleep. A bit poor breakfast, without any fruit.
Good Hotel with an excellent location .
- They provided us 2 beds instead of a double bed - Breakfast is always the same - Sheet was not changed everyday
Good hotel with good staff the hotel location is very good near to all puplic transportation - subway,tram,bus- which is easy to use also near to stores and resturants aksary area is a really good place to stay
Breakfast not too good same food every day - small room
value for money for this location , good sized rooms ,good location
It is easy to move around from here.
The quality of their breakfast is poor. They should employ professionals to manage their hotel.
Nothing really special to that.
For sure they are not worth of 3 star. Rooms are tiny , coridoors and lobies were stinky with days old smell. They should charge less and bring down their ratings.
I really recommend
Staff was helpful. Bathroom was clean and good sized. Room was quiet despite the traffic with the exception of the first night when I could hear loud voices from the lobby all throughout the night. I asked for another room on an upper floor and the noise problem was solved.
Breakfast food looked kind of stale and they would hardly replenish the food on the buffet table. The juice machine never worked for one reason or another. One morning it was simply unplugged. So no juice whatsoever to my daughter's dissapointment and a pissy coffee instead.
I have been visited Istanbul many times this hotel was the best I have stayed in specially for the staff hospitality, a very special thanks to miss Hale . I think that i'll com back again to reserve in this hotel.
all good except comfort
Every thing & the staff was professional
Comfortable twin room, good bathroom with powerful shower, 5 minutes walk to the end of the metro line from the airport and even closer to the tram
Regularly ran out of tea, juice and even water at breakfast
Overpriced for what you got. Breakfast in edible. We had to bring our own tea
Very helpful staff, always available and willing to help! Sincere and descent staff at the bar, dinning and reception. Great access to Tram transport.
1.Breakfast, rather basic choices,no Turkish coffee or any good coffee! A wide selection of food rich of carbohydrates including white bread and potatos, without any fresh fruits and juices. 2. Apart from the Receptionist who speaks fair English the rest of the staff need to learn English in order to communicate with visitors. 3. Some rooms sting smoking. 4. It would help visitors if there was a bit of information about Tram/Metro stops near the Hotel on the website.
Nice budget hotel with good location (a corner from tram station). Helpful staff.
Good location. Comfortable rooms.
Service at breakfast very bad.
We have arrived at 7 a.m. and hotel prepare coffee and tea for us, breakfast and prepare room taking in account tt our start hour is 13.00. Breakfast is eatable, but know tt this is not 5star hotel. we were 5 days for 340 usd for 2 persons, so between price and quality it is very good place. Just 5 mins to tram station T1.
Unfortunately our room was 2 beds instead of requested 1 bed, but on 2nd day we were removed to requested room.
stuff are very helpfull
could be more clean
Location is great. Clean rooms but small
We were 2 sisters travelling to Turkey for the first time we felt very safe in that hotel and it was recommended by someone for the safety reason. The staff were Very friendly. location was very central, with help of the receptionist (Hale) quickly we learned about the metro system and bus stations. if you ask for something they provided it very quickly if they had it. we paid 40 Lyre from airport to get to the hotel which is about $20. The hotel is 5 min walk to Aksaray metro station and from there you can easily find your way out. as soon as you get out of hotel you are surrounded with shopping area no need to go anywhere if you want to shop there, also the bus station is 7 min away. Overall very happy.....
The rooms were very small. I asked for Iron and toothpaste they didn't have it. there was no coffee maker in the room.but when we asked for tea they brought it to our room with no charge any time.
It was first time visiting Istanbul. It was a pleasure time to stay in Aspalace hotel: very clean, comfortable furniture, personal is so helpful and nice, location is close to Aksaray tram and shopping area, breakfast was good and calm atmosphere in the hotel. I definitely suggest this hotel snd will come back here.
