Very good location, excellent views and very quiet. Nice place if it could be modernised. Overpriced for the quality of furnishings, would have been happy to pay price if it had been better furnished.

Run down appearance, had not been refurbished for many years. Very old fashioned decor and the electrical fitting did not work very well. Breakfast was poor with very poor quality ingredients given the prices for the hotel. It was more like 2 star food, nothing fresh to eat. Bathroom very old, poor fittings and very tired looking.

I was the surprised to the situation of this 4 stars hotel very old,dirty,and expensive for this comfort,after my arrival I was told that this hotel is 30 years old and was never renovated, I had wrong information from booking .Com !!!For me this hotel is only 2 stars

It was close to tennis courts - the reason I booked it. Also close the the site of the WTA Tennis Championships stadium and close to the airport and shopping and restaurants as it turned out. Al this made the stay worthwhile. Other than that it is not good.

In general the food was lousy. Facilities in the room were sparse. Internet did not work well. Staff was not always accommodating or friendly.

It needs renovating especially the bathroom and the common areas. Looked a bit rundown with plastic chairs on the balcony and curtains that didn't work properly. Also the computer area was very poor quality. We did not appreciate the tampered condom package left on the table with other condiments from the mini bar. This doesn't make a good first impression

No waterpressure in the shower the first morning. Very cereless and impolite staff in the reception. Actually quite rude.

Great location, atmosphere, friendly staff

The hotel has no pool, no spa treatments, there is a Turkish bath. All that is written about the hotel, in fact, there is nothing. Although there are solid stop guests from different countries. Restaurants and cafes in the hotel I did not like, it is very expensive and monotonous menu. It is desirable that the power has been established here, the hotel is good. Well, that next to the hotel in the Marina Park Hotel has restaurants, cafes, where you can eat delicious and inexpensive. Enjoyed swimming pool at the Sheraton. It is strange that the staff did not even offer its guests all had to learn the most and ask about the shuttle, about the pool and trips.

Accommodation was excellent! Staff are so friendly and welcoming,rooms are lovely and clean and comfy. Food was delicious and fantastic facilities. Would stay there again, highly recommend.

I felt that for the price paid the value was not there in return. The room while basic clean it was not as clean as you would expect from a hotel charging 300Euros/Night.

Excellent location at the entrace of a big city like Istanbul. Quiet, with excellent views of the marinas. You can find everything around you within walking distance, including malls, restaurants and cafe-bars. The hotel staff is friendly, the quality of food average but very good service around the clock. Good rooms, a bit old fashioned but clean, value for money.

The hotel is a bit run-down. The building and the room furniture, including bath towels etc, are probably fully depreciated and need serious renovation. Don't expect to find large common areas or fancy bars and restaurants within the hotel. The hotel wi-fi doesn't work very efficiently.

There was no air condition & weather was a bit hot. The quality of room was not so good

Good location, 10 min by taxi from Ataturk airport. Nice restaurant with excellent food and fair prices, comfortable rooms. "Galleria" shopping mall 5 min away by feet. Friendly staff

Bad smell from the sea, especially in the evening. Dirty plastic furniture in the balcony.
