Location. Although the top-floor restaurant was up to date and modern, the rest of the hotel appeared sad and dark. I think it's expensive for what it is. |

The hotel is situated in the heart of Ankara, in shopping quarter Kizilay. Busses and Metro are in walking distance. Considered the location of this hotel prices are surprisingly low. Staff understands English which is a big plus in Ankara. My room only had a squat toilet. Maybe other rooms have western toilets but it is worth to check the room before hand if. At the end of the day warm water was a problem during my stay, sometimes there wasn't even water pressure at all. This could be an Ankara wide problem though. |

Free internet. Low price. The bed was only a mattress, pretty hard to sleep on, and the rooms are rather dusty. There are only few elevators, often blocked (thus not usable). |

I booked standard single room and it was good enough. internet was working like 95%. sometimes you have to restart the access point located in the corridor yourself. I did that couple of times when the wireless network was disconnecting couple of time. Its location is ok i guess. close to shopping area. Kinda noisy and depends in the room besides you when they shout and laugh loudly. staff speak english but not that good. so you have to make sure they understand your request. |

The staff where simply superb! I cannot say enough good things about them. My flight was delayed by nearly 12 hours and then my baggage had found it way to whole new country! (Lost!) and to top things off I had to cancel my Credit Card as there where details of the company Credit in my lost baggage. I arrived at the Deniz Atlanta Hotel, late, wet, no money, and tired. |

A great friendly stuff, beautiful view from the restaurant, nice lobby. Breakfast was nice as well. The hotel is in the great part of the town, close to the main street with a lot of shops and happenings. Internet acces was poor except in the loby. Only first day I had the internet access in the room, but later on just in the lobby. |

The stuff was friendly and they always helped. The breakfast was great. Also the loby and restaurant were very nice. Beautiful view in the restaurant. Safety of the hotel. Two times happend that cleaning lady didn't lock my room after cleaning. Great thing was nothing was missing! Lack of toilet paper. My room had no windows what I didn't know during booking the room online. I think people should know that little detail in the process of booking online. |

The staff and location were fab!! Food was ok and the bar and facilities were perfect for a short city break. We didnt like the toilet...haha it was the proper turkish style one, but it kept us entertained. We could of used the hotel's lobby toilet but this was more fun. |

Nice lounge area, good location Yes - please do not stay in the budget rooms. The budget rooms are windowless and do not come fitted with the usual type of toilet but instead come with asian style - hole in the ground - type facility. We genuinely had one of the reception staff tell us that he would not let 'his dog stay in a room like that'. Me and my friends simply refused to stay in these rooms and demanded a transfer. |

They send me to a dorm and don't pay my money back. I'm medical doctor in Istanbul. I had serious medical exam in Ankara. Atlanta hotel made my days terrible. I couldn't sleep last night before my exam. No window- no view ... no oxygen. There was only one little wc air hole that with other wc'S. It was too hot. Receptionists was stupid and lied to me first night. He said "We can change your room tomorrow". Tomorrow, they said we have no availible |
