-the staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. _Room cleaning called everyday and asked about cleaning _ good location near to city center _nice breakfast _fast and reliable wifi
_the cheapest rooms do not have air conditioning. So if possible, avoid getting a room in summers _dinner and lunch quality are quite poor
The breakfast and location was good.
There was no hot water and the tap was broken so we couldn't take a shower. The receptionists could not speak or underestand english at all !!
At first .. I took room with electricity problem. I asked to change room .. I got one with Refrigerator not work, I asked to replace the refrigerator but the staff refused
economy (budget) room doesn't have window and air conditioner! Voices from other rooms and common area are unavoidable.
Very near to main area of Kizaly
Centrally located. Top floor breakfast is good for the view of the entire city. Staff was polite and helpful
Not all staff speak English, which can be a problem. The hotel is missable and hard to find, although on the main street. Just a small door for enterance.
hotel location in down town
after checking my bank i found that The hotel charged me the service fees twice: the hotel charged an extra 50 on the original amount 330 TL for 4 night the which ive been cancelled (didn't use theses 4 nights). then again charged me an extra 50 on the original amount 130 TL for the 1 night i enjoyed. ! its totally fraud !!
The breakfast on the roof terrace was wonderful.
It was difficult with languages other than Turkish.
I like the breakfast served on the roof terrace. Very good
İts Location isn't that bad And breakfast was good
Room was awful that's it
the location , breakfast.........
when I did reservation ,, and got there ... they sayd .If you take economic room ..you have e room without window .. so a long 1 week I feeld bad , nervous, the neighbors make noisy ,and I dont take breath ...the problem was for me, why not to notification by my email to say me that my room is without window ,before I and my friend to go to ankara
Price. Location. Quiet.
I smelled smoke from cigarettes so had to shut the ventilation window to the hallway. Without windows this made the room a bit stuffy.
The breakfast was very good. The location was also good and the hotel was an easy walk to restaurants and bars.
The room was small and only had tiny windows onto the hallway. It felt like sleeping in a cupboard. The hotel also looked like it needed to be renovated.
Great breakfast, good location.
The toilet had a very strange smell.
Price was cheap, location central but Ankara is a dirty, dusty city lots of traffic and little to attract a tourist. Only had to stay one night.
Rooms stank of cigarettes, view of corridor really was like a prison. Noise considerable from water pipes, toilets and other rooms
The location, there is nothing else good about this hostel.
The staff was ok , no more, they did not even have a city map for visitors. The price was high compare to what we got: poor room, cold water, the elevator was working once in a while.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fresh and decent for free.
It's an old hotel in the centre of Ankara it needs a bit of renovations and it would be a bit more cozy considering the great location and price for being in the centre.
location was handy Aircondition with heating function Nice view on top of the 9th floor during breakfast Clean sheets and towels (standard) working wifi
Hotel was maybe good 5 or 10 years ago, unmaintenaned. Rooms were small altought mine was 2+1 (but still small if you imagine one extra bed) Cracks between window frame and wall. You could hear street noise very clearl and see the light thru them! Hotel receptionist should always provide with basic informaion upon arrival (on which floor is brackfest served, wifi password and latest checkout time.) No light on coridors or after very long time (IR sensors) I would not suggest this hotel to no one except the price level is under 15eur per night. My breakfast disappeared sooner then I finished with it. Sorry.
The price is just right.
The bed is stiff hard.
