Really 5 star hotel every were and every thing: Proffesional stuff, location, Room space, services and equipmentes. The value of money is nothing

Brand new hotel very central for the new part of the city.

They have a tendency of overbooking! Arrived to the hotel at 11.30 at night with a 4 year old and being told we have no room!!! So we had to go and spend the night in another hotel which I definitely wouldnt stay in any other circumstances! Very unprofessional! I am still very angry.

i did like only location

i didnt like servise , we call and ask 3 times for tissue and tea but we get nating , on top of it i ask for privet comfortable car to airoport and payed 100 dolor but i got BUS .

Nice & small hotel located in the business center of Istanbul that can also be used for a business & leisure cobination.

Staff apart from Reception, doesn;t know English. Even Spa Reception speaks only in Turkish

Cleaning Lady on the 7 Floor is nice :) The Price is cheap .....

Stay on 7 Floor; Window not clean. Breakfast decrist quality; in the first Morning they even NOT replace the Yogurt Cup with Fruits :( On the Sunday .... No Waffles ... And if you ask for Chocolate ... well ... ask and see .... or you need to pay extra (is this a 5 Star hotel?) or is over ... depend on the day ... The pool is better ..they fix some of the walls ... but water ...ohhh boy ... Cold :( Turk bath only work for Man´s, the Lady side is close ... is a 2 door room; and any way not hot at the time. Waters on the Room (are for free) 1 per Person .. but i always need to ask for the 2 one .... Internet Bug; if you have Outlook .. you cant send emails (Bad Router)

The room was nice, breakfast was great. the safe in the room was easy to use, the room very clean

the mini bar was really too expensive. 5 euro for a coke in a can. i had a flight back home at 00:50 so i asked for a late check out, they agreed till 14:00. i asked till 20:00, and they said no even though i was willing to pay. the hotel was empty, i dont know why they said no. i also asked for a double bad and on my arrivel the said i got 2 single seperate bads. i asked why, and the answer was- we dont have rooms left with double bads. you only come for one night so we hope its ok. for the 145 euro i paid for one night- i expected more

By far the best business hotel I've stayed in around Istanbul. Great staff, everything is clean, restaurant is excellent. Levent is the business district of Istanbul and the hotel is smack bang in the middle.

Even on Sunday, breakfast time gets over at 11.30a.M. would be better atleast untill 12.30

I thought it was a fantastic hotel.. Very funky, modern in design with a warm feel and excellent service from all staff from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. Next time I am in Istanbul on business I won't hesitate to stay with you again and will recommend it to others

Generally I liked the hotel very much. My second time in Istanbul and first in Avantgarde. For a business trip it is a perfect place. It is a small boutique style hotel which seems to be pretty old but well- maintained for its age. The rooms and the common areas are contemporary- furnished and very clean. The staff is very good and friendly and very very helpful. The fitness centre is small it is very good, though. There is a very small restaurant and lounge in the hotel but the food and service is fantastic. I would like to express my compliments from here to the chef at ace restaurant with his delicate touch on their Italian cuisine that makes every plate so exceptional. But the best thing about the hotel is for sure the location. It is located in Levent area which is the modern financial and business district of Istanbul. Many of the towers and buildings you may need to visit for business are nearby. The main subway station, a couple of large shopping malls hosting hundreds of designer and brand stores are in your walking distance. One of the major Istanbul highways runs right in front of the hotel which gives you easy access to most places. Generally I do recommend this hotel to a business traveler who doesn't mind maintaining a lower profile. If you are a first timer in Istanbul and you need to attend meetings on time, my friendly reminder is that you should plan well ahead as the traffic jams are everywhere, anytime of the day, any day of the week.

The tiles and fixtures in the showers are old and broken. It is time for a renovation in that department.

Hotel stuff wasn't professional at all. And hotel was expensive for its level.

I liked the room and its facilities

The fact that i left my electric toothbrush in the bathroom and it was not found. It was definitively there so if it is not found someone took it and that is a poor result. it is only a toothbrush so no real harm but it is wrong if your staff does not return lost properties

Really nice design, friendly atmosphere and excellent restaurant offering among others traditional turkich dishes serve in in modern, european way.

Swimming pool is open from 7.30 in the morning what unfortunatelly doesn't allow me to use it, taking into account standard timetable of business trip.

All. nice Hotel, New, good Internet, good food, nice people. I will be back :)

Every thing is excellent , the hotel is fantastic . The hotel staff allowed me to early check in as my flight schedule has been changed . Hotel is located in very modern dist. Called "Levent" which is full of shopping malls and famous Kabap restaurants , I rented a car from the airport and kept it during my stay at the hotel . Breakfast is elegant and clean .

Room size is smaller that what mentioned in the site , however it is ok.

Very classy for a boutique hotel. Definitely very comfortable. Nicely and modernly designed rooms. Good location, close to the metro station and easy to find if you are a driver.

We asked for an extra towel at the first day. It never came. Check-in took a tad long.

very nice comfortable king size bed you can sleep.. room was clean and nice, metro is near the hotel... convenient... 2 big shopping molls is closed the hotel.. breakfast was so nice too!! you can have a traditional turkish breakfast...
