The hotel is very confortable and the employees are very friendly; specially Mine (reception) and Hakan; they help us in all moment, about restaurants; the city, etc..

Excellent location, the most friendly staff, great sea view. Perfect for an unforgetable holiday.

Locality was very good plus excellent breakfast provided.

Hotel had upgraded friends (who arrived earler than us) from a standard room to huge spacious 'elegance room'. We were paying elegance room price and hotel tried to book us into a very small room with no balcony, although their brochure stated elegance rooms with balconies. We refused this room, so they offered us another small room with a balcony which we accepted but the bathroom was very small. We did not know that there were larger rooms available. We later found out another spacious elegance room was available so we spent our last night only in this room (room 202). On checking out we tried to get the hotel to accept it was not right our friends to end up in a huge spacious room (at no extra cost) and we paying more ended up in a much smaller room but the hotel staff refused to see what we were explaining. The hotel also lied in saying no other rooms were available for our friends which was not true as they were also shown another room on arrival, which was an upgrade, but they refused this room. Why were they then shown the very large elegance room no 201 ? On checking out, the manager refused to come out of his office to discuss this matter. The prices of the rooms should reflect the size of the rooms and bathrooms, not just whether they have been refurbished, or not.

Friendly helpful staff, nice distinctive design both in the room and public areas, feeling of an old historical building renovated with taste, spotlessly clean room with private balcony, great location near historical sights. Very good choice for a city break.

The hotel is comfortable clean and recently refurbished, The staff were friendly and helpful at all times.

The standard of food for dinner in the restaurant was disappointing, though breakfast was fine.

Convenient location in Sultanahmet close to all its main sights, but on a quiet street. Helpful and friendly stuff. Recently renovated, good furniture, very clean room, wi-fi, nice inner garden and restaurant with view, good variety of food for breakfast.

Although recently renovated the bath tube was leaking after 5 min of taking a shower. Thin walls, therefore one could hear lot of noises - from the corridor and from the neighbour room.

Excellent staff, especially at Reception.Good location in relation to Istanbul's most famous historic attractions.

Et meget hyggelig hotel men en god atmosfære. Et hotel som det er meget hyggelig å komme til. Blir meget godt mottatt av betjening som er blide og hyggelige. For meg et godt valg, og for andre vil jeg si det samme.

goede locatie, nabij oude centrum van Istanboel, zeer verzorgde kamer en prima ontbijtservice, hotelmanegement was vriendelijk en gastvrij.

uitvoerend personeel was duidelijk niet bekwaam, kwam allemaal wat knullig over, spreekt nauwelijks Engels, komt waarschijnlijk uit andere regionen van Turkije, Restaurant service stelt bitter weing voor.

ottima posizione a Sulthanamet, vista sul Bosforo leggermente decentrato, ma vicinissimo al centro, silenzioso, per noi no è un problema, ma non c'è ascensore, ottima la colazione
