Excellent facilities. Friendly staff.

Not much to complain.

Comfortable place, nice breakfast, good room equipment (dishwasher, wash&dry machine, etc). Huge rooms, alot of space for everything. Nice pool, sauna and steam bath, as well as fitness hall.

Location. No metro, tram around. Taxi was a bit expensive to use everyday.

During my stay at the hotel i was feel I am in my house. i have chose avrupa residence suites hotel among hundreds of hotels. the Staph was more than wonderful and very friendly .I will return to the same hotel next time

The apartment was very nicely designed, the kitchen gear were all very clean and almost seemed new. We had a Deluxe Suite on the 19th floor, so we enjoyed an amazing view of the city. The pool, Steam Room and Sauna were great for relaxing and were very clean and well-maintained. The heaters worked perfectly and although we were there during a snow storm, we never had a problem with the heating.

One very important issue is that a 6 person apartment has only one bathroom, which created a bit of a problem in the morning, but the boys in our group used the bathrooms and showers in the pool area to get over this :D. The Shuttle service, though useful, was only twice a day and the timing was not very good. 9:30 is a bit early specially if you want to got out to bars and clubs at night, and 12:30 is too late to do anything. Housekeeping only came every three days which is a bit late, I think every other day would be much better.

Very inconvenient location (no access to tram or metro). The free shuttle service is only one way. Most of the staff does not speak english.

we were the only people in the pool but 3 different staff people kept coming in to look at us and it felt like they were hovering - we felt on display - there was no need for them to do that and made us uncomfortable a bit

Very quit place and big suitable for family's ,, you can find restorant and supermarket and hair salon , farmicy , cofeshops .

Just it is far away for shopping malls and taksem street

I stayed for about 10 days, I like the place, staff is very helpful, shops and transports are handy. aprtments are comfy with full equipments and multi-languages tv channells. it is suitable for families. I like to go back again.

there are only few things I don'T like. communication was A bit difficult at the start but it wasn'T A big deal.need to be careful for your kids regarding the security of the widows.

Only far location

Everything was fine, specially the apartments are big, comfortable, clean and new. The location is far from city center but there is shuttle bus three times a day to the city center and even without the shuttle bus the taxi fee is roughly 35 tl (roughly 20 Euro) which is not much. Even with all the money we have paid for the taxi the price for the accommodation in such a nice hotel was fantastic. The hotel is a bit close to a big shopping center (Taxi fee 20 tl) so it is also good for shopping reasons. There are some nice restaurant and a big supermarket next to the hotel which one can buy everything there. Overall I would strongly recommend this hotel specially for a family trip.

Some of the hotel staff doesn't speak English properly which somehow annoying.

It is new and fully equpped with what you need.But it is little far from the centre.The kichen is very nice.

It is undoubtable that your hotel is considered one of the most marvelous ones for several reasons. First of all, the location is excellent, but it is a little bit far from the city Centre. Also, the scene is fascinating when you overlook it.All needed equipment like washing machines, dishwashers. Microwaves, ovens, etc. are handy and of perfect state of use. In addition, it is well furnished. This makes our stay so comfortable that we don't even desire to quit it.The hotel staff and administration are very cooperative especially the Front Office Supervisor; Guleser Kizilcabel. All in all, I have to confess that your hotel should be a place of interest for tourists from all over the world.
