Azka Hotel  

The pool and pool area was great. Love that the pool overlooked the sea. Love that the hotel was beachfront. The food quality was good.

Wait staff was not particularly friendly. They had lots of "rules" that were delivered unnecessarily pertaining to food service: i.e. signs that said "we have cameras, don't take food to your rooms," "any outside food or beverage will be removed from your room," etc...The rooms were not nice at all; they were hot even with A/C on, they were tiny and they were not decorated nicely at all. We booked an excursion through the hotel, and our ride NEVER showed up even after we talked to the front desk staff repeatedly. It resulted in us missing our ferry and having to buy new tickets, leaving us out of pocket close to $100USD.

Out of season it was great. Nice walk into town.

The inner courtyard made the hotel a marvelous oasis in a busy shopping area. The barbecue dinner under the lemon tree was a real delight.

Expensive bottle of water and tasteless espresso.

Access to some of the best swimming beaches and snorkeling areas in the neighboring coves. The food was extraordinarily good and the service was more than I anticipated.

The two neighboring hotels holding extremely noisy events, possibly disco nights continuing beyond a reasonable hour. The pirate ship, the disco catamaran, kept me and other guests awake quite often. This should be declared a total nuisance and the operators should be driven off of this beautiful area for good..

Very close to center of Bodrum. It has a nice beach with great views of the harbour and Karaada Island. Ask for new apart rooms which are newer and much more spacious than standart hotel rooms.

Hotel is tired and outdated. Food is average. Service is so so. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel to 5* seekers because it is definitely not a 5* hotel but may be rated as 3,5*

Good view, place for relaxation, access to city center

there is no much entertainment in the hotel especially for the kids no shows or games for them ,i didnt see any body next to the pools that can take care of people if they drawn down while swimming no water activities either

Location is excellent, rate is reasonable, employees are very polite.

When room is cleaned, sometimes they failed to complete toilet paper and soap.

Well...I had read other reviews and stupidly chose to ignore them, namely a review which mentions their strict policy on consuming food and drink from outside their hotel on their premises. They enforce you to buy even water on site, which costs around 5 times more than a shop within 20 metres walk. Although this got to us the most there were a bunch of others things that also got to us. The restaurant felt like being back in my school canteen, very depressing, the only difference was that my school didnt charge me extra for fresh orange juice at breakfast. When ordering some lunch the staff looked at me as if to say do I have to. They have these two machines, which I think are meant to be computers, buttons are missing which can make surfing the internet a struggle, this challenge is aided by using what appears to be a dial up connection. Overall I can safely say that this is not a 5 star hotel, it maybe once the have finished the refurbishment taking place but they will need to refurbish their staff and their greedy hotel policies too (they have bloody tip boxes and guys that harass you for photos around the pool!!!).

Restoran çalışanları güleryüzlü ve detaylara dikkat ediyorlar. Otelin genelinde çok güzel bir misafirperlik anlayışı var. Konumu çok güzel, denize sıfır plajı harika, otel yenilenmiş ve odalar tertemiz.Doğumgünü nedeniyle oradaydık ve süpriz bir şekilde odamıza meyve ikramı yapılmıştı. Booking.com'lagittiğimiz için fiyat da çok uygundu :) Teşekkürler!!

Otelin SPA sı olması güzeldi.

Otele girdiğimiz ilk andan beri büyük bir lakayitlik var. Güvenlik bile çok garip bir tavır içindeydi. Resepsiyonda bulunan bayan harikalar yarattı!! Çıkış saatine 10 dk kala hem kapıdan hem telefondan ciddi taciz başlattılar.Bu mevsimde bu acele nedir anlamadım. 11.50 de kapı çaldı temizlik görevlisi ''temizlik yapıcam'' dedi. Henüz çıkmadık çıkınca yaparsın dedim kapıyı kapattım telefon çaldı, çıkıyorsunuz dimi diye!! nedir bu ya! Aslında bir gece daha kalmayı düşünüyordum ama hemen çıkışımı yaptım. Ertesi gün Rixos Premium Bodrum otelde konakladım. özellikle saat 13.00 de çıkış yaptım odamdan,kimse ne aradı ne sordu herşey mükemmeldi. Kalite başka birşey!!
