Staff Deficient heating system in the room (just a standard air conditioning system with inverter). With temperatures around 0ºC, standard inverter air conditioning units do not work well. Otherwise, the hotel is probably good in warmer weather. |

The location. The hotel has a good location. They had a problem with hot water. but the assistant when we demanded they fixed the problem in the same moment |

Very convienient position, staff very helpful and friendly.Quiet area. Beds were very hard. Bedroom was very smelly at times! Turkish bath was not opperational. Hot water very erratic. |

This hotel is very charming, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast is excellent. There is an unpleasant smell in the rooms. Keeping one window open is not enough. They need to keep two windows open in each room so that air can circulate. |

Rien - deja pas e 3 etoiles comme precise par votre organisme - quartier delabre - chambre vetuste - salle de bains avec tuyauterie recouverte d'aluminium et tarif chambre tres eleve par rapport a autre hotel dont le confort est vraiment egal a un 3 etoiles - nous avons ete contraint de changer sur place. Meuble vetuste - fenetre delabree que l'on n'ose pas ouvrir - pas de hammam et coffre tres limite contrairement a ce qui est inscrit sur votre site- photos contraires a la realite |
