Locationn, Location, Location! Breakfast Absence of room safe (important for long stay guest like us). Only a few rooms need to be equipped with one, as the majority of guests stayed only between 1 and 3 nights. Absence of an English speaking member of staff.

Its a great hotel in a very relaxing setting. Fantastic food and polite staff. Its not walking distance into town so a car is recommended.

The hotel was placed next to a peaceful bay. It was silent and peaceful. Sea was clear and clean. The room was so small that 2 persons can hardly move in it. It was also humid. Air conditioning was poor. Although we have reserved our room long before they put us -maybe- intothe worst room. Since the hotel is placed in a bay where there are not too many choices for dining, prices were higher than usual. One needs to be careful about what he pays and what he gets when he/she plans accommodation in this hotel.

Her şey dört dörtlüktü. Personelin tutum ve tavırları çok iyi. Otel geneli ve odalar tertemiz. Denizi de temiz ancak suyun üstündeki 1 karışlık bölge karışan tatlı su nedeniyle biraz soğuk. Ancak bu da doğanın sunmuş olduğu güzel bir özelliktir.

konum ve hizmet kalitesi odalar aşırı derecede küçük, balkon yok. otelin her yerinde kullanilan tütsüler ve temizlikte kullanilan baskin kokulu arap sabunu ne yazik ki konumdan kaynaklanan rutubet kokusunu örtemiyor. plajdaki kamelyalara ortalarina birer sini koyulmuş olmasına rağmen yemek servisi yapilmiyor.

Otel zemin kat odaları rutubet içinde. Fark etmediğimiz için ilk gece konaklamak zorunda kaldığımız odada klima ile birlikte 4 adet nem çekici vardı, ona rağmen koku ve havası rahatsız ediciydi. Sabahında oda değişikliği talebimiz sonucu orta kata geçtik, oda normaldi. Otelin içinden akıp geçen soğuk su kaynağı koya dökülüyor, deniz suyu bazı yerleri ılık, geneli buz gibi, sevmeyenler gitmesin.

Sabahları sincap, ördek veya kumruların kanat sesleriyle uyandığınız, dingin, huzurlu, güzel lezzetlerle tatlandırılmış bir tatil için ideal. Denizi karışan tatlı su nedeniyle biraz soğuk.

Öncelikle daha önce yapılmış olumsuz yorumların gerçekçi olmadığını rahatlıkla söyleyebilirim. Bir kere otel binasına girdiğiniz andan itibaren çeşit çeşit çiçek kokusu ve temizliğin simgesi sabun kokusuyla karşılaşıyorsunuz;nem kokusu ile değil. Ayrıca otelin resimlerdekinden küçük olması gibi bir durum da yok;adı üstünde butik otel ve her bir kare gerçek:)Tatilden beklentisi huzur,dinlenme ve deniz olanlar için kesinlikle ideal bir otel. Denizin soğukluğu aslında Azmak nehrinin denizle karışmasından kaynaklı olup denizin az tuzlu olmasını ve sıcaktan bunaldığınız anda gerçekten ferahlamanızı sağlıyor.Çalışanlarının her biri güleryüzlü ve yardımcı.Konaklamamız sırasında özellikle yakın ilgisinden ötürü İsmail Öztürk'e teşekkür ediyoruz. Otelin konaklama biçimi oda-kahvaltı olduğu için özellikle öğlen yemeklerini tesisten yemek durumunda kalıyorsunuz ve yemeklerin menüde anlatıldığı kadar lezzetli olduğu söylenemez

Konumu çok güzel, otel odaları daha güzel olabilir, ancak kötü değildi. Temizlik iyiydi. Resepsiyon haricindeki otel personeli ilgiliydi.

Beautiful location, helpful staff, tasty breakfast. The staff helped us--leading us there actually--find a fabulous restaurant (Orfoz) on the river a short drive from the hotel. Highly recommend the restaurant--some of the best fish I've had at a restaurant.

Super clean hotel.Super friendly staff.Fantastic location.Rooms are small but ok.You will love every single second.Try not to stay on the ground floor rooms until they are renovated since they can be a little humid!Eat at their restaurant.Great breakfast buffet... Nada.It was a great experience...

There is a rule that you can not order from half of the menu after 17.00 p.m. i.e. you can not eat burgers and fries for dinner. that is also true for pasta and pizza. the only "option" for dinner is the pricy fish. this is the main reason for i am not recommending this hotel to anyone.
