The receptionist Davut and the Staff was very polite.
Comfort & clean
Good location, very nice stuff eager to help.
Small rooms, very poor sound insulation as you can here people even talking through the walls. Poor wi-fi that goes in and out.
The location is outstanding. The atmosphere is very cozy. The staff is nice. Very good breakfast.
The room we got was very small (they have bigger ones). Our main critic is though that there is very little place in the room for clothes and other things. This should be very easily helped.
Location is perfect, very near to everything, Staff were very friendly and helpful. Price is good. Recommendation.
Did not like the breakfast, Wi-Fi in room is very weak, room cleanliness is poor.
Location of hotel is just crossing the road to Grand Bazar and tram-station. Hotel interior is excellent. Breakfast is great Especially the receptionist and bellboy are very informative and helpfull.
Good location. Close to tramway station.
The staff are so helpful
1. Prices 2. Carpet 3. They give us small bed and small room (303) and it's look like a room for 2 single bed .. then we Change it to other room (303) it was better and we can sleep there.
-Room and hotel style -Staff -Coffee shop -Location
Nice, arranged and clean hotel! Staff is friendly and very helpful! Room wasn't big in size, but looked really pretty.
The window of the room was faced to the wall of the opposite building, but it wasn't a problem for me as i wasn't looking for a sight seeing through the window! :)
Everything good.i would like to say about the breakfast that could be better.pour breakfast.it was my second time in balin hotel and if i would go back i would stay here i stayed in other hotels but balin it was the best.is clean ,good position and good wifi that in some other hotels in istanbul i did not find
Did not like the breakfast only chees and ham.not so much choice to eat.
the customer service was incredible. We arrived 12am after a long day in transit and felt very welcomed. We were very impressed. The room was beautiful. There was a missing shower door and they offered many time to swap the room and move us but we were happy to stay.
Great location, friendly staff, good all round hotel
The hotel with perfect location, heart and delicious breakfest....The reception guys are very responsible and enthusiastic. Especially Davut , gave us a lot of help, thank you very much.
Wi-Fi in room working not very well
Very small room Air condition type
Location, very helpfull & friendly staff. Wifi is good, very close to shopping shops, train station & grand bazar
Lack of facility, very small room, Outdated interior decor & design.
Breakfast could be improved even by adding a toasting machine
the location is excellent
the presentation in Booking.com does not correspond to reality
Staff were friendly and helpfull. Good Location.
I booked for a suite and I got a small room with only bed and small desk. The roof was not stright and I hit my head several times, they said this is the suite if i book online, but they agreed to change the room next day but it was also small room only this time normal roof it was very noisy early in the morning. I have been many times to istanbul and I have stayed in different hotels, this hotel was the worst and the most expensive.
very close to the market. the staff was very polite. The manager of the hotel also very kind and try to apologized for the problem.
the room was small but also the celing was so close to the floor that we hit may times our heads. The pilow was full of wholes and the bath robe was dirty. The ice cubes we asked in the room when melted shown some small dark spots at the bottom of the bucket. Very bad coffe and the breakfast very average> we left the hotel the second day even though we had paid
