Excellent, lovely, friendly and helpfulness personnel. Good location. Would be very good hotel if do some constructions at the residence. Not worth of value.

Not the worth of money. Too expensive for that kind of residence. Decoration was awful and not ready. Electricity was broken.

Comfortable location & transport, safe region, friendly staff, good bed. Hotel is quite suitable for sleep&go.

Stairs to floor 2 and higher are not suitable for elderly/disabled travellers, pressure of hot water is sometimes low on top floors, bathroom is rather narrow, water from shower somehow appears in corridor (informed the reception but nothing changed), not all rooms with view to backyard look at the garden as announced, and it's not possible to open window.

The guy at the reception mainly working at night was so nice and helpful, even not speaking much english.

Some repair needed on the room; room was dirty; noisy even with the window closed; staff speaks very basic english what makes comunication very hard!

The hotel is in good site near to restorant black sea and shoping areas A staff his name is Atinch(i am not sure about his name but he works night time ) He so polite and healpful

I donot like the hotel it is too small and still they are fixing it under reinovation But what i see in the picture is totally diffrent from The hotel

Friendly staff and perfect location.

One of the rooms was very small, there were ants in the bathroom.

It is very clean and friendly. They were very accommodating. The room was cosy and comfortable. They made you feel at home.

It was a long walk to the tram station. The room was a bit small. And it was next to the road.

Helpful staff, full-sized bathroom, nice breakfast. Very close to ferry (Besiktas) and city busses, not far from tram. Our room was quiet at night, facing away from the street.

beds were a bit short... 5'10" son's feet stuck out at the end of his!

If you want to stay in central Besiktas for cheap then this is ideal. Staff don't speak much or any English but that's not a problem and they don't hassle you at all. Very laid back place I would recommend but remember this is not a hotel but more of a room to base yourself while enjoying Besiktas and Istanbul. Would stay here again for sure.Depending on you views on cleanliness it may or may not be for you.We found it acceptable in keeping with other Turkish establishments of a similar price.

Noisy lobby which can be loud in your room if staff and friends are socialising and some room doors are glass not solid wood.

Everything was great, the location was in the center of Besiktas, which is a very good advantage to visit all the beautiful places by boat or by walking. The board and staff were very friendly and warm, so if you are looking for a friendly family environment, its the right place, I recommend this hotel to everybody.

They Should Improve more to come upto to level for the international travellers.

The location was perfect, personel was quiet problematic about speaking but very friendly. After we checked in, we wanted checked out even after and they didnt make any problem and paid our money back directly. So at the end user friendly but waste of time...

But if you know something about dirtyness, you must create it again. Unbelievebly dirty.lots of hair on the sheet and pillow. The towels are wet and yellow. The ceiling is so low, maybe because of the top floor. You can go again if they solve this problem.

First of all, considering the heavy traffic of Istanbul, the situation of the hotel was perfect for the city travel. The family and kind atmosphere is crucial for me. That's what I had here and therefore I highly recommend.

Bina 100 yıllık Oda basık merdivenler korkutucu kahvaltı başlangıç saati geç ama beşıktaş çarşı tam karşında konum güzel 1 gece sabredilir

Im Großen und Ganzen hat es uns super gefallen und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Personal vor allem war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist super zentral. Wir möchten uns auch noch einmal bei den Mitarbeitern des Hotels, für ihre Bemühungen und Freundlichkeit, bedanken. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und heimisch gefühlt.

Lokacija odlicna, ljubazno osoblje, soba dovoljno prostrana, sa prozora sobe se vidi more, tu su odmah brodovi za krstarenje Bosforom (sto je super)!

Higijena nula!!!! Cetiri dana nisu promenili peskire, o posteljini da i ne govorimo!!! Sama sam iz nekog ormara uzela ciste peskire. Parking nije u okviru hotela kako je navedeno, vec je javni parking i prava je sreca da je bilo mesta.

il 6 giorno non hanno mai effettuato le pulizie e/o cambiato le asciugamano e le lenzuola; la colaziona era triminzita e monotematica.
