Gym not opening until 10am is ridiculous. I booked the hotel because it had a gym. I was not able to use it because of such a late start - this will still stop me coming here again - pity because otherwise was excellent

Modern, clean, good location (close to Kemal Atatürk mausoleum). Wifi internet is functioning well. Two restaurants in the building.

We stayed in this hotel for a bargain price, because we purchased it as a "smart deal" several months before our arrival. The normal price is three times bigger, so we would most probably choose something else. But the hotel is still a good option, especiallty for business people.

1. In my room (5th floor) wifi signal is so weak, i need to go to corridor in order to connect internet.

The location of the hotel was excellent. Just in front of Tandogan metro station and on vicinity of Ataturk´s Mausoleum. The room was clean and large. Very gentle and nice staff, very good English speaking The attendants are very polite, always ready to help

Swimming pool was closed

Quiet and safe area, clean, reasonable price for 5 star hotel, close to the train station, responsible staff. You do not regret at all.

Not serious issue. Just aircondition does not work perfect. Very quiet area and you may get board. A little bit far from shopping centers and resturants and bars. 20 min walk

Not really a five star hotel. Large majority of staff does not speak English. Bed linen was not clean.

I stayed for two days at Barcelo Hotel and everything was great. The price was way better than the other hotels around the city. The room was large and clean, equipped with a minibar with reasonable prices. Hotel's location is also great, right next to Tandogan Subway Station.

The hotel building is a bit old, however rooms are renovated and nice.

We spent a very good time in Hotel Barcelo in Ankara. The breakfast was unique & suitable for different tastes & diets. The staff were very polite & the atmosphere was calm. It is not far from downtown & is next to Metro station. We appreciate the friendly attitude of the front manager, Mr. AMithat Unaldi.

We saw 2 pianos in the hotel. One in the lobby & the other in ground floor. But we didn't listen to any live music. It seemed there were for decoration.

Good location and easy to find as we were driving ourselves and the hotel was lovely and the staff very helpful. The room and bed were both very comfortable and clean, had it's own hamam but unfortunately didn't have enough time to take advantage of this as we only stayed one night.

every thing was perfect, reception help me too much, from 2 PM till 5 PM reception help me to buy urgent ticket.

Super Hotel und nettes, aufmerksames Personal. Lage 1A, Frühstück war sehr lecker. Auf Wunsch haben wir die Einzelzimmer nebeneinander bekommen. Dieses hotel kann man einfach nur weiterempfehlen.
