They give a suit with same price as regular room
I was eating breakfast which is $15 for each person and one of the waiter come to me and he said you eating to much , so rude , a day after I changed my hotel .
The staff were so helpful. They gave us the room in half hour and they provided us a Welcome Turkish Tea. The room was spacious and very clean. It is just near the subway station and bus stop. So you can go to historical places in 10 mins. Overall it was one of my best hotel choises. I recommend to all.
Only the TV channels were a little blurry. They have to buy an official satellite which would include all major TV channels.
The staff were helpful and kind, they gave me direct and immidiate addresses.
The internet quality was not fine. Always it had been disconnecting.
the transfer the location near the subway
the pool was close
The room was comfortable, breakfast generous. Staff very helpful.
I can't think of anything right now.
Real 5 star hotel at calm districts of Ankara.
Breakfast deserves 7 stars. Everything is great.
A better internet service would complete a perfect stay.
Locatıon ıs very good
Hotel'ınternet was very weak
Bed was very comfortable. Air con was good. Bathroom and tub was nice and clean. The "Barceló pizza" is to die for! ( we ordered 3 to our room in 2 days ) The staff was polite and helpful. The hotel is at an awesome location with the metro 50mt from it.
The hotel is old and needs renovation. The pool was closed and had been for months. The hotel in our opinion is understaffed. ( we left our dishes in front of the door as we were told at 23.00 and saw that they were not collected at 8.30 in the morning that was dissapointing) Our spoons and knifes were dirty at breakfast. The Turkish bath was dirty. The jakuzi was out of order.
Backyard was nice.
A/C wasn't cooling enough Pool was closed
close to Anıtkabir and at the centrum
no swimming pool, the bathroom was not so clean
Great location, nice (spacious!) room, modern bath room, nice garden to enjoy evening drink
Pool under renovation, which is really a pity; room has door to next room, could hear each movement of the person staying there; breakfast a bit tasteless
tea boiler in the room
the air conditioning didn't work properly. The room was not well cleaned : hair in the shower and dirty carpets . Bad quality of food
Very good staff especially mr hidir
Wifi is weak
Staff were full of smiles and very helpful. Great facilities - try the Turkish Bath - complimentary to guests (although a traditional scrub is extra). Lovely touch.
Pool was being worked on - but that is a very minor point. Juts our bad luck. Laundry was ridiculously expensive! Take note of the prices - almost 1gbp for a pair of boxer shorts, and a shirts was close to 4gbp - wash a full load and your bag could cost almost as much as your room! Excellent staff provided a discount at check-out though as we had not been aware of the cost so that is a silver lining and evident of the high customer service.
Easy to connect with public transport to bus station and city. Close to mausoleum. Staff helpful and friendly. Rooms large, clean and lots of amenities. Ideal for overnight stay.
Nice hotel with a great staff. We were just passing through Ankara so didn't spend a lot of time here but was very happy with it. The staff was helpful and understanding as our youngest woke up sick so we continued to push checkout and they had no problem working with us. The room was clean and very centrally located with restaurants to walk to and a market close by.
location is closed to metro and no more good ...
the wifi login can be accessed by one person, so better asked for two login if you have two person, if not, the wifi will be cut when another person login staffs are not friendly and not prepared to answer in english
The Air condition was out of work for one full night with 32°C outside. impossible to sleep
Comfortable accommodation, good value for money and friendly staff.
Attention and care of the reception department
The weakness of the Internet service
Location quite good for kizilay and very good for a naturks mausoleum Breakfast very nice Staff were warm and welcoming especially in Barcelona restaurant
They have a great pool area which is not open Housekeeping was poor one day I left the hotel at 230 pm and my room was never cleaned Wifi was awful
Only the street where the hotel is located is good.
I don’t no which corporation, or who gave this hotel five stars, but this can’t be real. Really, someone must take at least 4 stars away! I’m serious! This is a shame! Really, i don’t know where to start, but I can’t believe it! FIVE(5) stars? I booked this hotel because it is on the GMK (street) and I saw that this was the only one with 5 stars here, so I decided to take the room. Before this, about 3/4 months ago, I stayed at Maltepe 2000 (200 meters further), this hotel has 2 or 3 stars, but is a 100 times better(!) I swear! The first day in the hotel, we normally had to check in at about 12pm, but our flight turned up earlier, so we where at 9pm in the hotel. We were tired and had a business meeting a few hours later. We paid much money to stay for 3 nights (because it is a five stars hotel!, i thought!) so I thought the service is good. At the hotel we asked of we could breakfast, because it was early in the morning, and normally we had to come about 12/1pm. The hotel manager start to talk about: ’’No it is impossible, because your breakfast starts tomorrow, you didn’t have paid for this morning’’ and I was ‚’’Ah come on we pay so much money for 3 nights, and besides that, our room is not clean yet, so i think in case of waiting here, we can eat something’’ and he start yelling ‚’impossible, i can’t do that, if you want it you must pay 30 turkish lira’’. So for 30 lira (11/12 euro) we had the first issue in the hotel :) And you can guess it, this was not the last. When we got in the room, oh my god, i couldn’t believe this. The pictures on booking.com was like heaven, but in real live, it was bad, really bad. The smell, the moisture, breaking walls, really bad. At 2pm we asked for a glass, because the one in the room was dirty. They brought the glass at 5pm :) In the mid-afternoon it’s begon to get warm, so I set the airconditioning inn, but it was blowing warm air. When I called the reception, they said that they will send to technics to my...
Nothing: - reception is not helpful - rooms are VERY old and dirty - wifi works terrible - location is awful
It's not a 5* hotel, it's a good 3* hotel!!!!
