- Hotel location is very good and the trams are right outside - There are some good local restaurants around the corner (make sure you look for the cafeteria looking places in the side alleys) - The hamam and steam rooms are awesome at the hotel - Highly recommend the shuttle service (pick up and drop off to airport as the public transport can be tricky with lagguage and pick pocketers)

Basic hotel, I suppose you get what you pay for!

Stay were lacking life and motivation. Breakfast in particular was a catastrophe: dirty tables, uncleared. No food on the buffet halfway through service. Staff did not come to seat the guest or give us cutlery, coffee or anything. We were left to find our own spoons, knapkins, etc. Absolutely disgusting level of service. Staff when they did speak, mostly when we approached them in desperation, could not understand any language except Turkish or Spanish. Reception staff were not friendly, most of the time not even looking up to say Good Morning or Good Evening. Room was small and like a sauna. Cleanliness ok, when cleaner cleaned. For three days our room was not cleaned at all. Great location, if this is the most important for you. Directly across from tram stop and Grand Bazaar and two tram stops away from Blue mosque and Aya Sophia. Nothing open at night in this area after 11pm at night, no restaurants or anything to do.

Handy to all the tourist attractions and shopping. Right across the road from the Grand Bizzaar. Centre of the city and cloise to excellent restaurants.

A couple of times they came into our room to check the mini-bar. They would knock then come in within seconds!

the entrance which is located the basement does feel slighly oppressive but how long does one spend in the reception !

The hotel is is a fantastic location. Its literally across the road from the Grand Bazaar and a 6 min walk from the Blue Mosque. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful, nothing is too much. The hotel itself is modern, has all the necessary facilities and the rooms and bathrooms are a good size. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The only negative thing I can say which is minimal in comparison to the overall hotel quality is that the cleaner could do a better job on the floors which were quite dusty.

Location of the hotel is fantastic: Grand Bazar, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi-Palace - all in walking distance. Staff is very friendly and helpful; breakfast with view of the near-by mosque is great; room got enough stowage capacity; free internet access at reception area

Three minor things: tap water is strongly chlorinated and German tv programme zdf with disturbing acoustic interferences - both the hotel obviously cannot help; water in shower does not really drain off so there is always a puddle to stand in

We were always treated great

We had an upgrade to the suite and that was amazing. The position was perfect for visiting Sultanhamet and to go around the city, because it was just in front of the tram stop. Thanks to the tram it was also easy to get to the airport with public transportation.

Hervorragende Lage direkt am grossen Bazar und nicht weit zuden sonstigen sehenswuerdigkeiten. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

Wenn die Türschilder "BITTE NICHT STÖREN" abends nicht von aussen an die Türe gehängt werden, stehen am nächsten morgen vor 8:00Uhr der Roomcontroler im Zimmer.

Que el traslado al aeropuerto sea de pago, un poco caro. No te regalan, a diferencia de otros hoteles, ningún traslado aunque la estancia sea superior a 5 noches.

Muy bien comunicado. Zona centrica y a la vez tranquila. Casi todo el personal habla español. Limpieza. Atención. Buen buffet en desayuno.

Reggeli nem volt a szállás árában, melyet csak később tudtam meg. A megrendelt szolgáltatások téves kezelése. A minibár elszámolásnál plusz beszámítások :((.

Zimmer mit Blick auf die Moschee sind laut da auf die sehr belebte Straße. Besser ein "normales Zimmer" oder mizt Blick zum Marmarmeer.
