Staff were amazing. Lost my handbag one night and it was returned with my camera to reception which I was surprised by. Exceptional service, especially the 'animators' - Macha and Mehmet were great. |

Nice, clean, not crowded beach, nice hotel, great variety of food offered Staff doesn't speak English at all, rooms overlooking th sea overlook also to the stage which is disturbing, no sleeping is possible because of the evening shows (the presenters ar e very low level) |

La ubicación El hotel es muy viejo y las instalaciones mal mantenidas. No se corresponde en absoluto con la categoría de 5 estrellas, más bien es un 2 estrellas. La comida es muy mala. |

Laaja luonnon ympäröimä alue, missä mahdolisuus harjoittaa erilaisia aktiviteetteja. Siisti ja huollettu hotelli. Henkilökunta palvelualtista ja iloista. Alkuruuat olivat hyviä, monipuolisia ja tuoreita. Huonekuvauksessa kerrottiin huoneessa olevan poreallas, mitä ei ollutkaan. Myöskin huone koostui vain yhdestä huoneesta, vaikka annettiin ymmärtää että on kaksi huonetta. minisviitti. Pääruoka oli usein ylikypsää tai kuivaa. |

Tat golf course is fantastic with sea , beach, forest, river themes.. Food was disappointing ! Please no need for very big buffet. Only few but fresh , high quality and tasty items for meals would be my preference. |

Instalaciones para niños Falta de información en la acogida. Mal funcionamiento del aire acondicionado. Normas contradictorias. Al llegar en miércoles, imposibilidad de cenar en restaurantes "a la carta" del hotel. Gestión del alquiler de coches y del transfer al aeropuerto hecha por "locales", lo que aporta mala imagen al nombre de la cadena. |
