The size of the room was smaller than expected however was quite.

Friendly stafff; Clean hotel; Updated amenities (including reliable free Wi-Fi access from room); Great location; Generous breakfast; Safe area; Sound proof windows

I could hear some sound from adjacent roooms; but nothing significant. I also recommend for the hotel to add towel hangers in the bathroom.

Well located. Nice breakfast buffet. Kind and efficient staff. Clean. Has all standard features, including free wi-fi that works fine, and efficient, *silent* a/c and a fridge. Nice tv too. Location was fine, at walking distance from Great Bazar and 5 min walk from the tramway stop (a wonderful way to travel through the city).

I didn't like the fact that air conditioning was only for rooms (not public spaces), and only when the magnetic card was inserted in a slot in the room, which means that each time we returned to the room, it was hot and humid (it was in July and outside temp was 30°c). However, the a/c system was efficient enough to cool & dry the the air in minutes. Room was a bit too small & furniture was basic. Not many options to hang/put clothes on. Beds were ok but I asked for a twin room, and I got 2 different sized bed (one double and one single). Also, there was only one cover sheet (one of them had holes in it), and I had to ask blakets at the desk since they had been forgotten. Finally, I think I paid a bit too much (75 €). A friend of mine had much better rate (45 €) in a near-by hotel.

bra läge, gångavstånd till Grand bazar, blue mosque och hagia sofia och nära till Ordu cad. vilket var en större gata där man hittade både bussar och spårvagnar som man klarade sig långt med. rummet var frächt och frukosten var ok, inget speciellt men allmänt frächt och ätbart.

Personalen var inte super trevliga och vid ankomsten valde vi att betala direkt men fick inget kvitto på detta. istället skrevs detta slarvigt ner på ett visitkort som då skulle gällas som kvitto. Som tur är blev det inget strul och vid utcheckningen vi fick ett efterlängtat kvitto.

Durch das Schneechaos wollte uns kein Taxi zum Flughafen fahren. Ein Hotel Mitarbeiter hat es jedoch geschafft einen Taxifahrer zu organisieren, der uns dann sicher an unser Ziel gefahren hat. Vielen Dank!!! Es war bereits unser zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne!

Esta bien, es limpio, los sanitarios bien, el trato es amable

Esta en una zona rodeado de hoteles, que reciben huespedes a altas horas de la noche y el ruido entre los buses y los pasajeros es insoportable. No se puede dormir.

Su excelente ubicacion. Es ideal porque te permite caminar hacia todos los lugares y el tranvia esta a 5 minutos.

No me gusto que me cobraran 50 euros por el transfer areopuerto hotel.en su pagina decian que esto era gratis si pasabas 5 o mas noches en el hotel. Nosotros cumpliamos el requesito y nos dijeron que no habiamos reservado a traves de su pagina web.???? Nos cobraron 50 euros en metalico y yo me senti timada, no lo vi serio.

Prima bedden en goede service met opmaken bedden, schoonmaken badkamer en verwisselen handdoeken. Prima ontbijt en ontbijtruimte.

Locatie met nogal wat verkeerslawaai waardoor 's nachts geen raam open kan, dus een te warme slaapruimte.Wel een goede airco maar die laat je 's nachts niet aan Maar het hotel heeft ook kamers aan de binnenplaats.

Camere molto piccole e rumorose. Scarso controllo del comportamento notturno degli ospiti da parte dello Staff.
