The beds were very comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was good. Only stayed one night after a weekend trip to Kusadasi and left early in the morning to get to the airport, so we didn't explore much. Weird neighborhood. Was accosted by a homeless man immediately when I got out of the taxi and didn't want to go back out after that.

Big comfortable rooms, perfectly clean, very good price. Someone from the staff didn't speak any English -but they found a way to communicate anyway and were very nice and helpful. Location was ok but could be better

The rooms are quite big and clean. The breakfast is very reach. The hotel is 10 minutes from the center by taxi, facing on a very busy street, in a quarter full of nights and not so safe. The staff could hardly speak english; it had been hard even to have a taxi booked to go to the airport!

It was good that you could eat in the hotel as there was nowhere to eat nearby. It was very hard to communicate with most of the staff as there english skills were non existant. Usually at a hotel they have a basic knowledge but here we did struggle.

Good breakfast, friendly staff, quiet room on 6th floor, flat screen tv, well connected with metro and Taxis, good price/quality ratio Not direclty in the center but no problems with conncetions (buses, train, dolmus)

Co-operative and friendly staff Provided 4 single beds and no baby cot. However we squeezed 2 beds together each. They were wide enough so we don't have need for baby cot.

Hotel bentenuto, staff gentile ed ottima prima colazione. Aria condizionata in camera e posizione ottimale, a due passi dalla stazione di Kemer, ideale per/da l'aeroporto, e vicina alla stazione di Basmane, ottima sia per prender la metro che il treno per Selcuk, punto di partenza per la visita ad Efeso.

Scarsa pulizia.Frigorifero in camera, ma rotto con perdita di acqua. Ristorante indicato nelle condizioni di prenotazioni del tutto inesistente.Indirizzo difficile da trovare in zona della città un po' degradata

Aunque queda lejos del centro de la ciudad, está en una zona con muchos taxi-dolmus (taxis blancos) que te llevan al centro por 2 liras/persona, en cuanto hayan llenado el coche. Para regresar, lo mismo. Tiene el metro muy cerca que te lleva al aeropuerto. Muy práctico. El desayuno buffet, muy completo. La habitación estaba limpia pero olía a tabaco. Muebles anticuados. El personal de recepción no hablan casi inglés, es difícil la comunicación. En coche es complicado llegar al hotel, es una ciudad enorme y con mucho tráfico.

Personnel agreable et disponible /literie correcte ,chambre et sanitaires basiques mais propres /attention il existe 2 hotels baylan a izmir ,l un bien situe et celui ci beaucup plus excentre mais tarif taxi 5euros pour 4 pers pr rejoindre le centre ville .

Soprattutto la posizione, il quartiere è abbastanza centrale ma non ben frequentato, l'ambiente piuttosto freddo, impersonale pur essendo solo di passaggio per una notta in attesa del volo di ritorno in Italia, avremmo preferito trovare un ambiente più accogliente e servizi più curati.
