The reception was very rude , we stayed at this hotel for 11 days , we request the hotel for taxi for airport transport , they booked one of their friend car in the time of leaving to airport we had a lot of problem , we got late because the money that is paid for taxi , the hotel staff paid to taxi half of it, and the taxi left us and left , and the reception told me that we are hotel not taxi , it pay you your taxi money go and find taxi for your self , the only thing that was good breakfast.
Everything except breakfast
The breakfast was amazing. Very close to the tram line. Staff very friendly. Free sauna room
The booking.com site said each room has tea and coffee facilities in the room. This is not the case. No tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. Also the rooms are very small compared to other hotels in the area I have stayed at.
Small room.noise...small bed
great location for shopping and sightseeing, great breakfast with a stunning view, perfect service on reception...value for the money!
Very small rooms
- a Very Nice restaurant & good breakfast - Very Clean - Staff where not that friendly (for example comparing to our trip a week before to Milan), however they did what was expected and asked
-small rooms -we had the kind of rooms that might have view (it was not promised) but our view wasn't good - we were at 4th level - you could here people in other rooms and areas
IT IS VERY GOOD
The location was very convenient as close to many tourist attractions

Room was very small Beds were vere tiny
Rooms a little bit too small
The location is good
We had to change 3 rooms before we got a normal one. Beds were not comfortable and it vas very noisy outside. Staff was not friendly.
The rooms are small: some of the reception staff try to make you pay extra Money for themselves in order to help you.
1. This is a 4 star rated property and I thought there should be defined standards governing this as to the minimum size of the room. My room size was less than 10m2..the way the bed was fitted it looked and felt like getting into an mri machine. ..It was that tight. 2. I checked in for 1 night after a long and exhausting trip. So at 9 am i was awaken by a call to my room from reception asking me if i wanted a taxi to airport? Which clearly states we want you tp get the hell out of here now. 3. I went to the breakfast hall to grab a coffee. .as i proceeded to go down with my coffee i was stopped by one of the servers shouting not allowed not allowed! When i inquired what it is that is not allowed, he informed me that i can't take my cup of coffee beyond the breakfast hall! When i asked why? He kept repeating robotically and obsessively not allowed not allowed.
room is litle bit small But fair enough
