Swimming pools. Neither the toilet or bath tub were cleaned during our seven day stay. I’m suspect that the drinks were watered down and there was very little alcohol content in any of the mixed drinks. There was only one beer type to choose form and it was alcohol free. The wine was from a box. |

I've got upgrade to luxe, which is always nice. I've also been to Standart rooms and they were absolutely not 5* (not even close). Staff was rude sometimes and very often unrespectfull. Restaurant was poor. From fruits only water melone. Same variety of food every day and low level of presentation. Worst breakfast I had in Turkey. Rooms weren't cleaned properly. There were just too many things for additional money for an 'all inclusive' hotel. |

out door facilities , daily programmes No Bathroom Amenities at all , you need to take shampoo , soap, tooth bursh , tooth paste and.......with you ....... there is no tarnsportation facility from hotel to city center , antaliya and air port .......hotel accept to change forigen currencies to Turkish Lira , but they don't change Turkish Lira to other currencies.... |

good pools and entertainment and food. The Air Conditioner was not working good and rooms had no slippers,no toothbrush, no good shampoo. |

Les piscines très tôt le matin qd il n'y avait pas trop de sable, d'urine et autre... L'accueil, le personnel détestable. Personne ne parle réellement l'anglais ou le français. Vous auriez dû me prévenir que cet hôtel accueillait principalement des russes. Tout est fait pour le bien être des russes: les prix sont incroyablement chers (plus cher que chez nous en Belique), les informations sont en russes.
