i loved the relaxed ,casual and helpful employee's that where able to assist in numerous situations that aroused . the hotel is 1 minute away from a metro station that can take you to taksim or other major Istanbul destinations so your close without the buzz and nuisance . and i also loved Loukkoum and hammour the two dogs in the hotel

Small, clean and comfortable. Large room. Bearkfast is OK.

We stayed 6 nights and we really enjoyed our stay in Belle Maison. The suite was good size with separate bedroom and bathroom was very nice.The suite was cleaned very well every day. I also liked small balconies in living- and bedroom. I don´t understand why someone mentioned that the staff didn´t speak good English? They had no problems with communication. The staff is very polite and they can speak English. We have traveled a lot and this staff is one of the best. Belle Maison is near metro station Sisli and mall Cevahir. Best regards to the staff and two lovely dogs We wish all the best in future.

We didn´t find places (like parks etc.) to spend time in this part of Istanbul. There are a lot of turkish restaurants and shop and also big Cevahir Mall but we didn´t find the place were we could only sit and watch people, maybe having a drink.Breakfast was good but coffee was not good. You really have to buy a new coffee machine ! A machine which makes good coffee during whole day. Now you have old fashion system ( I´m working in the hotel, please believe me !) Two small things: We knew that you have washing machines. Put some information how to use them. I checked machines and there was no info in English. You have TV in living room and also in bedroom. In stead of TV in bedroom I´d like to have a mirror.

Unique location next to Sisli metro station and cevahir mall. Outstanding cooperative staff. Nice breakfast. Well furnished with unique equipped suites such as kitchennet and washing rooms in each floor.

Great location (2 mins walking to metro station , 3 mins. To jevahir mall, every things you need is around you, friendly and cooperative staff, lovely rooms. I found peace on my 5 nights staying there..

The service was excellent. The hotel is clean and well maintained as well as close to the Metro system. This will be my go to hotel while I am in Istanbul.

The hotel is peaceful and silent. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The location is really good, walking distance from metro Sisli and one of the biggest shopping center Cevahir. The hotel is very clean and new. There are a lot of shops, cafe and restaurants next to the hotel. Most helpful. I had a really great holiday this hotel.

Windows were not well tightened - so we had lots of noise from the street at night.

It is a lovely hotel, in the business area of the town. It is close to Taksim so people who like he night life but also a nice place to rest from the crowd and loud music, have an ideal refuge in this place. The rooms are spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. The staff is discrete, very kind and helpful, and always at your disposal. Also, for those who like shopping, the hotel is situated in a walking distance from one of the biggest shopping centers in the city so you may let yourself loose... Hence, the area is not very scenic, it is typical business surrounding, but the street where the hotel is situated it very quiet and you can have a good night sleep after a long day of stimulation of all of your senses.

Highly recommend!!! Good value for money, good location with to the Metro station and Cevahir mall. Friendly staff and service was awesome!!! The room was comfortable and the kitchen was provided with all the stuff. If I have a chance to go Istanbul again, I'd definitely choose this hotel.

The staff were very very friendly, helpful, want to help in all the means, speaks good English, and treat the guest as a friend. Location was just perfect. Close to javaher mall and metro station. The room and setting area are clean and house keeping I great. Simply recommended for stay

Belle Maison is in walking distance to the Metro station, restaurants, shopping and the Grand Cevahir Hotel and Convention Center. (Which, by the way is much more expensive and rooms are small and cramped.) The breakfast at Belle Maison is wonderful, a combination of cold and hot items, breads, fruits, vegetables, juice, coffee, etc. and the staff is amazing and very accommodating!

There is nothing I disliked about the hotel.

No variety at breakfast, same food every day 5 days in a raw can be borring.

My room was noisy because of the poor acustic insulation. Anyway, the night was silent and the sleep quality good.

Staff at the Belle Maison Serviced Residence was very helpful and tried to assist in any way they could. Rooms were clean, had all necessary appliances. It is very close to Cevahir Mall (around 100 m), other supermarkets (Carrefour is 150 m away, Migros is inside Cevahir Mall). Lots of small shops and eateries are around. There are two hospitals close to it (50-100 m away), in case you are coming to Istanbul for medical tourism. Overall, I highly recommend this place for families with small children.

The view from our window was not pleasant: construction garbage was next to Belle Maison Serviced Residence, but it is not their fault, but of contractor constructing a building next to it. Double bed is our room was nice, but a bit small and we had difficulties sleeping with our baby (I, my spouse and our almost two-year old baby). They need to provide baby cot to customers with small kids. Lift/elevator in lobby is quite slow, sometimes it is faster to walk than go by lift/elevator. Breakfast is monotone, but, I guess, it is the same almost in all Turkish hotels.

Location is very good very near cevahir shopping mall and migros supermarket like Migros.the rooms is well cleaned and tidy with a flat screen TV and a small kitchen

Breakfast is average but it is not worse than most of Istanbul hotels
