Breakfast was in the basement with no windows (and was dark and a bit dingy), where other hotels in the area have it on the terrace with a view. Wasn't keen on the fake plastic flowers all over the place. Room extremely small. |

A wonderfully presented hotel with very friendly, helpful staff The very large beds mean that there isn't much space to move about the room |

Good location, very friendly staff and cozy clean rooms. There is a terrace on the roof with a fantactic view to the Blue Mosque and Bosphorus. The breakfast is various and tasty. All rooms are non smoking. Rooms are quite small. There is no lift in hotel so if your room is on the 3 or 4 th floor you will have to climb up using circular stairs. |

Decor and views from terrace were fantastic and the staff friendly, helpful and attentive. Our room was reasonably priced, smallish but lovely and comfortable - others were larger. Shower room was great and little extras wonderful. Breakfast was a real treat with all the local foods. Not applicable for us but there is no lift and to go from the breakfast room up to the terrace was a walk up 5 flights of stairs - have to be fit!! - but well worth the walk. |

The Best Point is a comfortable, modern and clean situated close to the main tourist attractions in Istanbul. The staff is friendly and Fatih, the owner, gave us fantastic tips on how to plan our stay and maximise our time to see all the main sites in Istanbul which is a huge city. He also had great restaurant tips. We stayed in the hotel's new block in a deluxe triple which was spacious and very comfortable. |

Friendly staff, nice breakfast...nothing to complain. They even brought beautifully cut fruits with opened wine bottle when i asked hotel staff to open the bottle I bought at the store outside.. Quite impressive. Would have been nice ifwe can have one more room in Blue Mosque Suite..however,the view from the room was magnificant. |

A rare find - a quality hotel in Europe which did not cost a fortune. After staying in so called 4 stars across central Europe, we finally found one that meets our Auz/NZ standards. Rooms were newly and nicely fitted out, quality AC, very quiet. They showed us some even bigger/lush rooms being fitted out in the back. Breakfast looked good, but like most hotels in Turkey.. lots of sweets. My suggestion is keep simple and focus on quality; eggs, bread, jam, fruit, cereal and yogurt. Management were willing to hear this so they have probably already made moves in this direction. Staff don't drink so pour your own beers. |

The Hotel manager was brilliant - very helpful and informative. In fact all the staff were friendly. Turkish delight in the room every day and fresh fruit brought to the door. View from roof for breakfast (carried up by staff from basement) was superb. |

This was my second time staying at the Best Point Hotel during my just concluded trip to Turkey. My room on the second visit was larger then my first time there, and the staff were once again friendly, attentive, and fun to talk and share a laugh with. They did a great job of organizing my 3 AM transport to the airport for my return flight home. The Best Point is a superb hotel, Fatih is a great guy, and I would definately stay there again! |

Very good (and plentiful) hotel staff. This place is popular with families because of the pool. We took half board and found the dinners to be excellent and good value (though it is worth also sampling one of the beachside restaurants, because the setting is so nice). It is nestled in a beautiful valley. The walk to the beach, along a road, is a bit dull; other accommodations are closer to the beach. |

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I was traveling on my own with the kids (3 and 6 years old) and the staff were great with the kids. They stored the stroller in the lobby so I wouldn't have to take it up and down the stairs. On route to the airport I thought we had forgotten the stroller but the hotel staff had loaded it onto the airport shuttle for us (without prompting from me). Breakfast is served downstairs but you can request that your food be taken to the rooftop patio to enjoy the great views. You can also relax on the patio anytime during the day. Overall we had a great stay. The hotel is easy walking distance to restaurants, Blue Mosque, tram & other tourist sites. The hotel felt safe and comfortable. |
