In generally, I really like this hotel. All guys at the reception were very nice and helpful, location is so convenient for independent travellers who are going on foot.

Breakfast wasn't perfect. And now (april 2013) the constructing of Marmara project tunnel is very close to the hotel and was some disturbing

very good hotel position for the money we paid, has Bosphorus view

A very nice hotel, highly recommended. Great staff. Ideal position, all the tourist sites are within a walking distance, no need to spend money on taxi or city tour buses. The tram station is also nearby, so it's easy to access the hotel from the ataturk airport using public transportation. It takes TL6/2 metro tokens (jetons) and less than an hour. A lot of restaurants and shops around. You can find souvenirs cheaper than in Grand Bazaar. The rooms not big, but very clean and comfortable. All the necessary toiletries are provided; towels, shower gel, shampoo, indoor slippers. Interesting fact: the train station nearby is actually the historical train station of Istanbul on the European Side of the Bosphorous, which was once the last destination of Orient Express. Overall, it was great value for money, we would definitely come back here again.

Bathrooms are awfully small in some rooms.

Everything was better than expected for the value we paid. Very friendly personnel ( specialy Mr. Ali ) Excellent transfer to airport. Location couldn't be better with all those restaurants in neighborhood, Hafiz Mustafa pastry shop, and of course all the most popular sights in Istanbul like Top Kapi, Grand Bazar, Haija Sofia, Blue Mosque. We were very happy in this Hotel. Congratulation!!!!!

great staff, we came late evening and got bigger room than we booked for same price...good tea for free in hotel lobby...nice view on Bosphorus, good breakfast with this view

cleanness of the room...when we came, we've found orange peel on the ground and hair in the bathroom in front of hotel is construction, so lights for all night and bigger noise than usual in the centre hard to find for taxi drivers

The staff were friendly and helpful. The position of the hotel was ideal - very central.

silence around, is far from the busy streets

ordered one wide bed, got two narrow ones. look of the hotel does not match photos, no balcony, breakfast poor

We enjoyed our stay there very much. The room on the 3rd floor was spacy, with a good view of the Golden Horn. The view from the dining room on the 5th floor was even better, and the breakfast was very good. Close to Haga Sophia.We will use the hotel next time we visit Istanbul.

The taxi driver had problems finding the place coming from Taksim. Now we are able to give driving instructions. .

Fantastic breakfast buffet, amazing view from the 4th floor. Good location in the centre of Istanbul. WiFi connection was fast in the room

Its location...Friendly Staff...Cleanliness. Fairly decent Breakfast every morning.

Very small rooms....Bathroom size, particularly the wash-basin was horrible, and it was extremely difficult to use..there must be a way to use water to wash yourself clean after using the bathroom - some kind of water pitcher must be provided. Am sure a heavy set person wouldn't be able to properly use the bathroom!

The room was small but comfortable. Lots of restaurants in nearby with delicious cuisine.

Lobby looks not so inviting and when we entered we were disappointed.

It's far away from the street Sultanahmed and a lot of noice out near to the hotel. The bathroom was really very small.

Friendly staff who ever very helpful

The location of Best Town Palace is very comfortable, close to the railway station, trams. All must-be-seen places are close to the hotel. The building itself is new enough, the restaurant is on the 5th floor, and there's a wonderful view to the Bosphorus. Some rooms have Bosphorus view aswell. The rooms are not very big, but comfortable for staying. Clean bathroom, white towels and bed-linen make the rest comfortable. The room is cleaned everyday. The friendly stuff is very willing to help with any request (even to call for a doctor). You can sit in the lobby and drink tea or coffee. The breakfast consists of different types of salad, cheese, fruits, sausages, eggs, omeletes and very delicious and fresh pastry. I enjoyed my staying very much, thanks to my friend N. to recommend me this nice hotel. Next time in Istanbul I'll stay here).

A very beautiful hotel, location is perfet, just 1 min walking to the railway station

The staff were very helpful and kind, special Mehmed who worked in the customer reception.nice location , view on the golden horn and galata tower, the rooms are clean and fonctional.You can enjoy your breakfast on a terrace on a 5th floor, which opens a spectacular view on the Bosphorus and other part of the city.If I'm gonna be in Istanbul again I choose this hotel because it gave me what I expected of a 3 star hotel.
