The location was convenient The room was a "smoking room" - it stunk! Did not want a smoking room. The air conditioner was very poor so had to sleep with windows open to street noise. Definitely not a 4 star experience! |

Nothing really only the location It was ver hot there in Ankara and the ac did not work properly. We had to open the window and it was horribly noisy. After a long business day we needed to sleep well but we could not for 13 days we were there. They had there in their brochure to provide the guests with 1 liter free drinking water and they gave 2 of us 750 cc of bottled water. Their English speaking ability was pre-intermedite. |

The location. The service is not good and I had to ask them to give us drinking water several times. The AC was out of order and it was hard to sleep at night. I also had to ask them to clean the room again and again. |

Ligging dichtbij restaurants; relatief rustige straat. Taxi standplaats naast de ingang van het hotel. Hotel probeert commissies te krijgen op het taxivervoer naast de deur. |

Staff kind & helpful wireless has to work properly, room service has to be faster (salat can not be prepared in 30 minutes), beer must be cold...Too much things to increase!.... |
