Staff was the most helpful, rooms clean and good location! Tiny rooms and breakfast wouldn't qualify for 4 stars |

The room is clean and comfortable. I had a good and reluxed time at the hotel. Also, it is very convenient because it locates close to Taksim square. I think it is value for money. Nothing |

Everything Internet access was not free, despite the fact that free access to Internet is one of the characteristics of Eresin Taxim Hotel on booking.com. |

The staff was just perfect, discreet but always present. We had a very hectic trip and it was nice to know that whenever we came back the room was done and clean. Breakfast was very good. Bathroom was a tad small yet functional. |

Approximity to the city centre, clean and tidy room, helpful staff, great breakfast environment Yes - we were placed at the top floor rooms, next to the air conditioner central system of the nearby hotel - impossible to sleep due to the noise! |

Very nice hotel with beautiful breakfast terrace overlooking Istanbul. Rooms are fairly big, modern and well equipped (flat TV, DVD player, safe, minibar, etc.). Internet was not included in the price of the room (and costs an additional 10 pounds per day), despite being included in my booking. |

The terrace is amazing! nice sight from it! The smell in the room sometimes and the noise of the air condition. It's a nice hotel, but not a 4 stars in European standards. |

Loved everything about the hotel. Clean lovely modern and spacious rooms. Excellent location in the heart of Taxsim, but away from the noise. Stayed only 3 nights, and left with regret. If ever in Istanbul again, I would spend maximum of my time at this hotel. Lovely sauna to unwind. Great breakfast. Highly recommended. No free wifi access. Rest was perfect. Great hotel |

The location of the hotel is excellent as everything is close but thats it. Size of Triple room is too small for a double room.Breakfast not too much to choose from and breakfast staff are not nice at all. When i booked the hotel they mentioned free internet in all rooms this was not there, when i asked them they say is travel agent mistake. |
