Best Western Eresin Taxim Hotel  

Location of the hotel was good as it was close to Taksim Square

1) The pillows were very uncomfortable and gave us a neck ache 2) We asked for an iron to press our clothes and we were told that the hotel did not have any and that we should use their laundry service, which was 5 Euro for just pressing of a shirt. Seems strange as I have stayed at other hotels in Istanbul and they provided us with them. 3) Breakfast was average. 4) Cleanliness was average as we have to put a sign on our bed if we wanted to have the sheets changed.

too much bed smellyl in the toilet and i ask him to change the room but he not change it

Location is great and there is no noise from the street. Cleaning is good (Yeri çok iyi ve dışarıdan gürültü gelmiyor. Temizlik iyi).

The walls are thin. I can hear the family at the next room very clearly. (Duvarlar çok ince. Yan odadaki ailenin ne dediğini tamamen duydum)

Good value, great staff

We went to us and stayed for 5weeks in that time we stayed in all the Best Weston Hotels on our tour so gaining a Platinum card and this is why we chose the same hotel in Istanbul (don't know where the card is today as we moved home) and I think it got lost but I am sure you have a record of this The hotel in Istanbul was clean and reception staff was friendly, the location was so easy to get all the things we wanted to visit in the time we had, I would go to Istanbul again as I think you need more time to see everything, I did not have time to use the services in the Hotel this time so we had no time to relax but I am sure next time we will stay longer and use the Spa etc

Ok the room was at the side of the Hotel and a club opposite was noisy, the next room door to us had two men who stayed up drinking all night and the more they drank the louder they got so we did not have much sleep either night, The only other thing was the breakfast and at 8-30am I would have expected to see a fresh looking buffet but the meat and cheese was dried and curled up and it did not look very appealing so I the meaning of you get what you paid for has come true, I would not have paid anymore for this room. I recommended this hotel to a friend and have yet to find out how they liked it

The location.

Staff were not readily willing to help. We had to change rooms rhree times the first night, since the hotel did not accommodate our wishes for type of room (double), non-smoking, and quiet. We spent the night in a room with hardly any space to lleave our belongings, and next to a huge noisy ventilator. Next day we changed to a better room, but next to smokers' rooms where smoke woud enter through our door. Daily cleaning was ok, but we had to ask for towels and other stuff to be supplied almost every day, since the cleaners forgot to replace items. The concierge was not knowledgeable about city attreactions. Overall, a rather mediocre performance.

it's position near the city center

the room space it's very small and it's expensive in comparison with room . one thing was disturbed me , the rooms were too close to each other in which you can hear what you neighbour talking about i think next time i will not try to stay in this hotel there are so many hotel better than this hotel but you have to find out them.

Lovely stay in chain Hotel me and my family loved it very much close to everything specially Taksim prime location in Istanbul I recommend for family stay

The neighborhood area full of people who wants to sell you tour packages and offering you to the near by restaurants annoying

Helpfulness of the staff was worth noting. Although they had a delay in providing some services, it could be neglected

The window handle didn't work properly. So there was considerable leak of outside noise

It was a pleasant stay in such well situated hotel.we liked the qualitative service from especially mr burak and his crew.it would be great booking again in eresin taxim for future visits.

Wireless connection is not free in the rooms like other hotels and variety of breakfast could have been more than the current menu.

Chair & bed cover were with stains. Water steam at the shower was too low.
