Really very kind staff, specially who assigne us the room

servent was good

Poor Room services Poor and low quality Breakfast Poor, slow and small elvators Poor and small health club with minimal facility and small sapce Not respecting customors request as non smokers room and your neighbour heavily smooker and smell was in our room Not accepting one hour delay check out just to finish praying No good tours guiders

The business trip was cancelled to other day and we request to stay othe days but the hotel administrator did not allow to stay. The hotel staff was so mean to us and they did not help us at all. Could you please talk to them and have some solution. Thank you.

Hotel Staff are good. breakfast is nice and Room services are good plus good location

Room is very Small. internet is very slow. Arabic channels are limited and no Movie channels.

Good value, great staff

We went to us and stayed for 5weeks in that time we stayed in all the Best Weston Hotels on our tour so gaining a Platinum card and this is why we chose the same hotel in Istanbul (don't know where the card is today as we moved home) and I think it got lost but I am sure you have a record of this The hotel in Istanbul was clean and reception staff was friendly, the location was so easy to get all the things we wanted to visit in the time we had, I would go to Istanbul again as I think you need more time to see everything, I did not have time to use the services in the Hotel this time so we had no time to relax but I am sure next time we will stay longer and use the Spa etc

Ok the room was at the side of the Hotel and a club opposite was noisy, the next room door to us had two men who stayed up drinking all night and the more they drank the louder they got so we did not have much sleep either night, The only other thing was the breakfast and at 8-30am I would have expected to see a fresh looking buffet but the meat and cheese was dried and curled up and it did not look very appealing so I the meaning of you get what you paid for has come true, I would not have paid anymore for this room. I recommended this hotel to a friend and have yet to find out how they liked it

Lovely stay in chain Hotel me and my family loved it very much close to everything specially Taksim prime location in Istanbul I recommend for family stay

The neighborhood area full of people who wants to sell you tour packages and offering you to the near by restaurants annoying

Helpfulness of the staff was worth noting. Although they had a delay in providing some services, it could be neglected

The window handle didn't work properly. So there was considerable leak of outside noise

The only good thing about this hotel is the location, near to Taxim street and shopping district

Rooms are very small and you can hear your neighbors talking in the next room. The amenities are not enough . internet is at 15 Euro per day and the connection is very poor. It has nothing to do with a 4 stars hotel! In the room you cannot find how to dial phone numbers or rates: the surprise was the international call rate which is 6 euro per min. I travelled all around the world but this was the hotel that I disliked the more and do not advice any one to go there. You can find many good hotels in the same area.

It was a pleasant stay in such well situated hotel.we liked the qualitative service from especially mr burak and his crew.it would be great booking again in eresin taxim for future visits.

Wireless connection is not free in the rooms like other hotels and variety of breakfast could have been more than the current menu.

Chair & bed cover were with stains. Water steam at the shower was too low.

Ce que j'ai pas aimer dans cette hotel c'est que on peut pas etre deposer devant l'hotel faute d'acces a la pietonniere parfois le flic nous interdise de rentrer en voiture pour etre deposer davant l'hotel sourtout avec des bagages. Merci
