Excellent location in the middle of city, close to old town. Corner room was spacious with nice view at least in 8th floor. Room was peaceful, except one night when there was football being shown on big screen by the fountain on pedestrian street. Breakfast and dinner buffet very good and recommendable!

The advertised ECO friendly image was not executed by room staff: towels changed every day! :-( The language skills of staff not very good, impossible to find out simple details regarding room service.

the room we staid in was too hot... problem with an air conditioner other than that i would rate is as slightly below average

Good hotel 4* Turkish standard. We did taka larger room nice. Did see the smaller one looked good. Brekfast was ok. loved 1 resturant dont remember the name but next to Diesel restaurant :D

Not much staff could be more prepered to help. Might have been english probl. INFO desk would be nice

Excellent location for the old quarter. Good dining facilities and breakfasts. Room was cleaned very well, internet access.

We wanted to extend our stay by 2 extra days and was told by the male staff on reception that we would have to book it ourselves on the internet. This gave us problems as it was a turkish keyboard. Eventually we had to ask a member of reservations staff to help us. The man on reception was not friendly and rude he gave a very poor impression of your hotel!!

Air condation was very bad and change it by other hotel

Location is excellent, in the heart of all the action and very close to the main shopping streets in and resturants of Antalya. The old town and harbour are a 15 minute stroll and you can get to a lovely long beach walking through a coastal park in about 30 mins. Hotel breakfast is excellent, loads of choice (Turkish and European) and nice to be able to sit outside and eat on balcony. Staff very friendly and room comfortable, clean and quiet. Good choice of English speaking tv channels. Overall I can't really fault it and for the price paid this hotel offers truly excellent value for money.

A very minor point - the pillows in my room were really thin but putting them together solved the problem and I slept well.

I just liked it

Perfect location in the center of Antalya with all places to visit, restaurants, shopping, 2 minute by foot to old town. Just in the heart of city. Perfect accommodation, comfy room and good hotel's infrustructure (u can find inside all that u need even for business and to relax). Good meal. Very helpful personnel. Highly reccomend!

nice location, but poorly maintain, room service was very poor, management always inclind to make money as much as they can get? no co ordination or helping attaitude, for instance i ask them my flight is at 6 pm, can i check out at 2.30, they refused'? though were not our booked ? Gardezi

Location was great for shopping and local dinning.

I have stayed there twice as a regular out of town visitor. Its staff and facilities are excellent. I was very impressed with the carpark arrangement as Antalya is a very busy town. The room was excellent value and as Iwas on Business provided all the services necessary to complete my travel in a relaxed manner. The location was excellent to visit the wonderful ancient Old Poert of Kalecchi Best wishes A very happy customer

Location being in the center of town and near to everything needed.

English communication, most if not all staff not able to communicate in english but they are friendly. Air conditioner issues, loud, not efficient, sometimes you hear it working without cooling, hotel management aware of it for a long time !
