Good position and reasonable price for the location and accommodation standard. Staff generally polite and helpful. Due to early flight we were 30minutes early for breakfast and the receiptionist would not consider enquiring if possible to have a drink only as there was only one cup and teabag in our room |

staff was helpful, location on the kordon and walking distance from old center, breakfast served until 1 o'clock, one has to pay for the nescafe or tea available in the room...complimentary cafe or tea would be welcome in an hotel of such quality. |

Merkeze yakın konumda olması Terasta yapılan düğün organizasyonları gürültüleri ve yol gürültüsü odalara geliyor.Resepsiyona 6.katta olmama rağmen gürültü geldiğini uykumdan uyandığımı bildirdiğimde 12ye kadar sabredin dendi ve bütün oteller böyledir diyip oteli diğer otellerle kıyasladı.Canlı müzikte olsa ses herhalde hoparlörlerin sesi kısılır.Özellikle cumartesi günleri gidilmesini tavsiye etmiyorum. |

Oda ve ortak kullanım alanlarındaki temizlik dikkat çekici seviyede iyiydi. Otel çok kolay ulaşılabilir bir mevkide şehir merkezinde olmasına rağmen gürültüden etilenmeyecek şekilde iyi izole edilmişti. Deniz manzaralı odaların manzarası çok etkileyiciydi. Kahvaltı son derece zengin çeşitli ve lezizdi. Kablosuz internet yayını üst katlarda da çok güçlüydü. Otopark alanı kısıtlı olmasına rağmen balboy ve güvenlik görevlisinin kısa süreli park ihtiyacı için sunduğu ücretsiz vale hizmeti son derece nazik ve pratik bir çözümdü. Otoparak alanı kısıtlıydı, otel lobisi bu sınıfta ve büyüklükte bir otel için dardı. Çıkış yapmak üzere bekleyen müşteriler için koltuk sayısı yetersizdi. Ana giriş kapısı önündeki bahçenin bir kısmı otoparka ilave edilerek otopark alanı genişletilebilir. |

personel çok tecrübeli ve güleryüzlüydü. otelin konumu çok iyi. odamızın konforu ve temizliği iyiydi. ayrıca sabah kahvaltısı mütevazı olmasına rağmen, son derece tatminkardı. otelden son derece memnun kaldık. odaya talebimiz üzerine yerleştirilen ek yatak oldukça eski ve rahatsızdı. otele ve odaya yakışmıyordu. |
