zentrale Lage keine Dachterasse und Balkon (obwohl beides in Reiseführern versprochen wurde), kein eigenes Restaurant, im Zimmer war es sehr laut da im gegenüberliegenden Haus die ganze Nacht ein Generator verwendet wurde, Frühstücksraum dunkel und unsympathisch, Badezimmer zu klein und nicht sauber, nur türkische Fernsehkanäle (keine internationalen), insgesamt viel zu teuer |

Very freindly & helpful staff. Central location. Needs a bit of refurbishment - it has had none since I was there 5 years ago and is nice, but a little tatty for the price. |

The location of the hotel was great, the staff very pleasant, as they all spoke english communication was very easy. Unfortunately the hotel is seriously overdue for a refurbishment, we changed rooms in the middle of the night on our 3rd night as it had rained so heavily, water had come through the ceiling above (a few drips to start with!)we were on the second floor!!! There were previous signs of water having come through as the ceiling was stained, some of the rooms had quite serious water damage to them. |

Its location is super-excellent, the service is great. It was heavily raining when we went and the roof was dripping in the stairwell. Luckily, not in the room. |

its proximity to agia Sofia need more cleaning and improvenment in breakfast. I paid in cash because the first day they asked me to pay with my credit card in advance and i was afraid to give my credit card |

What I liked is the services of the stuff and the decoration. What i didn't like is that they gave us at firts the worst room in the hotel saying they had no others. The prices of the rooms are not shown at the reception, it's a never ending negotiation which I find unacceptable for a Best Western. Only after we spent a horrible night and threat to go to another hotel they said they had a room, wich was much more expensive than the first. |

Location Rooms had problems such as: room power was going once a day and needed to be fixed , refrigerator was not working well, air conditioning was not working well and needed to be fixed and internet speed was changing during the day from moderate to very low speed, bathtub was very very small actually theu are impossible to use unless you stand in them |

Extraordinary help and assistance from the staff and room service ladies. Good parking arrangement. Excellent location Rooms facing the main street are somewhat noisy until 1AM |
