It has an excellent location 5 mins from Hagia Sophia and rooms are a good size and well soundproofed if windows shut Very warm night and no a/c in winter, only heating and could not leave windows open as ground floor. Staff refused to change my room. Breakfast and Internet not impressive |

the location is good for sightseeing , on the tram line system and near all main attractions .Staff friendly and helpful expensive for the quality of accomodation , but in the same class as other hotels in Istanbul at this price .Breakfast Buffet very poor choice available , hot food only boiled eggs and some sort of " hotdog style sausage "although cheese and bread was good . |

The most best part of hotel i like it is in middle of heart of historical touristic area where every where greenery and feel like in evening like paris the so many reastaurants around very clean and tidy it fells like Evening in Paris. And the hospitality of the hotel with best comfort value of money. with all best comforts. where u can enjoy whole day. i hope it is the best hotel i ever felt in europe with almost all comforts. bcoz i fell when u go for holidy or buisness u are most of the time u are out but while back u shold relax where i feel it is the best hotel i would recommend and in future if i come i will stay in the same withou second thought. My best regard to this hotel and Booking.com to show me the place where i really enjoyed The next visit i will see wht thing i could not find i will write but . this visit really could not find any thing wrong. |

Just a quick note, the staff assisted us with 6 pieces of large luggage, unloading and loading in 24 hours. Very, very helpful. When we arrived the room had a vaccuum in the room that had been left by the housecleaner. Yet, the manger removed it quickly. Fun breakfast in the garden. Airport pick up and big plus! Great, Great location! We will stay their again! |

Of course, we appreciated the hotel's rates. But we loved the hotel's location. We were in the shadow of the Haga Sophia and enjoyed its view. The hotel is in a very ethnic, charming neighborhood. The ride into the city from the airport took us along the Bosphoros Sea where families were enjoying the cool of the evening and the lights of countless ships twinkled. The next morning we enjoyed our breakfast in the little courtyard before we returned to the airport refreshed to resume our long trip. |

Very freindly & helpful staff. Central location. Needs a bit of refurbishment - it has had none since I was there 5 years ago and is nice, but a little tatty for the price. |

The location of the hotel was great, the staff very pleasant, as they all spoke english communication was very easy. Unfortunately the hotel is seriously overdue for a refurbishment, we changed rooms in the middle of the night on our 3rd night as it had rained so heavily, water had come through the ceiling above (a few drips to start with!)we were on the second floor!!! There were previous signs of water having come through as the ceiling was stained, some of the rooms had quite serious water damage to them. |

Its location is super-excellent, the service is great. It was heavily raining when we went and the roof was dripping in the stairwell. Luckily, not in the room. |

What I liked is the services of the stuff and the decoration. What i didn't like is that they gave us at firts the worst room in the hotel saying they had no others. The prices of the rooms are not shown at the reception, it's a never ending negotiation which I find unacceptable for a Best Western. Only after we spent a horrible night and threat to go to another hotel they said they had a room, wich was much more expensive than the first. |
