The Spa area... The hamam area and the sauna. The room was also lovely. However, one of the best things about the hotel was the staff. All were very helpful and anxious to be of assistance. They were great. We had dinner there one night and I thought it was pricy for the quality of the food. The breakfast was included in the price of the room and that food was very good... Quite a nice spread of assorted foods for breakfast. I would choose a different location for dinner however.

Great location, within walking distance from main tourist sights. Very friendly staff. Most of the hotels I stay at, no matter it is above 4 star or not, the rooms are a bit on the cold side and I end up freezing but this hotel was warm and cozy and that's the best part I liked of this place. The Junior suite was nice and cozy but very small...say if you want to open your suitcase on the floor there is absolutely not enough space. Since the room is called "suite" I would expect something bigger. Also when you open the bathroom door the whole bathroom smelt like drain unless you kept the toilet lid closed.

Location was fantastic. Views were good. Staff friendly and helpful. 30 euros for each single trip to/from airport was a little steep. Executive Suite was nice but small. Bathroom was small with a very small bath which defeated the object of having jacuzzi facility.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the room - especially the bathroom was beautiful, and the location could not be better. Easy walking distance from all the sights on a charming street loaded with cafes and friendly shops. After looking at almost every hotel on line, we were very pleased with the price, location, and room. If the window overlooking the sea was open, we could awake to the prayer call and the smell of baking bread. Heavenly. The only thing we did not like was the lack of drawer space for clothes in the room. Hanging space was adequate, however.

Rooms were cosy. Beds were firm and comfortable. Breakfast good variety. Great location, walking distance to everywhere. Disappointed in Turkish massage experience. Female masseur did not wish to work, yet was there supposely to give massage, wasted our time.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location for the old city was ideal as nothing more than 5 minutes walk away. Wonderful views of monuments and the sea. The bath rooms were a bit on the small side and not a lot of space to store clothes or other items.

The hotel is nice in old but reconstructed building in the historic center. We stayed in family room- very comfortable with exellent view toHagia Sofia. The hotel stands in the street where a lot of good restaurants. The spa is new ( hamam and massage). Breakfast is not super, but ok. The price- it was too expensive as we live in "4seasons"

Inviting very clean rooms.....newly totally renovated small hotel....tasteful furnishings.....modern marble bathrooms. Pleasant and helpful staff, Located within walking distance of major sights. Very nice views from the fifth floor. Wish the rooms were a little larger and the hotel were traveled on a less traveled street. (Fortunately the street noise did not come up to the bedrooms)

The staff were really friendly, the location was amazing! It was on the most perfect street, with lots of bars, restaurants and people strolling through. This was my second trip to Istanbul and the location made the trip even better. Only downside was that the room was a little pricey, but it was a larger room with an amazing view. Most hotel rooms in the area are extremely small, and this room was a great room with a view of the bosphorus.

Hotel Manager and their staffs including room cleaning staffs take care of us very very well. Especially hotel manager and chef. Executive rooms provide beautiful sea view and landmark view. Decent and classic room and hotel interior create different atmosphires from other 5 star class hotel. Each small details of interior shows their professionality and hi class senses and services. Variaty of breakfast buffet. Add soup or more hot meal menu... Then it will be very good.

It is a small beautiful hotel with a lot of character! The setting is perfect in a wonderful lively street. The staff could not have treated us better - it felt like home! Fantastic turkish delight for breakfast. They treated my 6-year old child like a king. I liked everything!

Excellent location close to all the important sights and city centre and wonderful atmosphere. Service and staff were excellent. We could easily communicate in English. All our requests were met. A special mention must be made to staff member Ilhan who went out of his way to make our stay there comfortable and memorable. Thank you for the wonderful experience. There is nothing that we did not like.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. We were in Istanbul for the last three days of our honeymoon. The location and hotel couldn't have been more prefect for this purpose. Amazing restaurants, service and ambiance. It was the perfect way to end our trip. Thanks to the staff and management for making our stay so great!
