The Spa area... The hamam area and the sauna. The room was also lovely. However, one of the best things about the hotel was the staff. All were very helpful and anxious to be of assistance. They were great.

We had dinner there one night and I thought it was pricy for the quality of the food. The breakfast was included in the price of the room and that food was very good... Quite a nice spread of assorted foods for breakfast. I would choose a different location for dinner however.

Location was fantastic. Views were good. Staff friendly and helpful.

30 euros for each single trip to/from airport was a little steep. Executive Suite was nice but small. Bathroom was small with a very small bath which defeated the object of having jacuzzi facility.

Hotel staff was excellent

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location for the old city was ideal as nothing more than 5 minutes walk away. Wonderful views of monuments and the sea.

The bath rooms were a bit on the small side and not a lot of space to store clothes or other items.

The hotel is nice in old but reconstructed building in the historic center. We stayed in family room- very comfortable with exellent view toHagia Sofia. The hotel stands in the street where a lot of good restaurants. The spa is new ( hamam and massage). Breakfast is not super, but ok.

The price- it was too expensive as we live in "4seasons"

The location of this hotel is very well suited for city trips on foot.

Inviting very clean rooms.....newly totally renovated small hotel....tasteful furnishings.....modern marble bathrooms. Pleasant and helpful staff, Located within walking distance of major sights. Very nice views from the fifth floor.

Wish the rooms were a little larger and the hotel were traveled on a less traveled street. (Fortunately the street noise did not come up to the bedrooms)

Hotel Manager and their staffs including room cleaning staffs take care of us very very well. Especially hotel manager and chef. Executive rooms provide beautiful sea view and landmark view. Decent and classic room and hotel interior create different atmosphires from other 5 star class hotel. Each small details of interior shows their professionality and hi class senses and services.

Variaty of breakfast buffet. Add soup or more hot meal menu... Then it will be very good.

It is a small beautiful hotel with a lot of character! The setting is perfect in a wonderful lively street. The staff could not have treated us better - it felt like home! Fantastic turkish delight for breakfast. They treated my 6-year old child like a king.

I liked everything!

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. We were in Istanbul for the last three days of our honeymoon. The location and hotel couldn't have been more prefect for this purpose. Amazing restaurants, service and ambiance. It was the perfect way to end our trip. Thanks to the staff and management for making our stay so great!

Every thing is very nice,staff is helpful especially the manger(ozhan ozlu) and good location.
