The hospitality and the breakfast is really good, but the wifi was not working..

Very central to all amenities

I don't like the Hotel neither the owners of the hotel.

this hotel is close to Pamukkale scenic region and the price is absolutely cheap and worthy

Great value for the money, excellent location and very clean hotel room. We were there end of december and were the only people in the hotel! It is owned by a very nice older couple who are very helpful and caring. Breakfast is simple but delicious. Location couldn't be better. Just 100m from the entrace to Pamukkale and town center.

No shower curtain in the bathroom, which means water gets all over the floor. When we arrived the heat was off, which means it was really cold! Since we reserved ahead of time, the owners should have anticipated our arrival. Those are just small annoyances to an overall great experience.

Location is very good and we had a dinner there and it was very good and very good price also.

When you book a room that costs only 25 EUR you don't expect much. When we arrived at Beyaz Kale (White Castle) we were pleasant surprised with the conditions. This is a family business, the people are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, nice and with enough space. There is Wireless Internet (which is working good). Don't expect a TV. Pamukkale is a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

This was so cheap, it's hard to complain. The evening I arrived, the owners had just had a fire in the kitchen, and spent all day plus that night cleaning up, so they were understandably a bit frazzled. Even so, they had breakfast for everyone the following morning on the very nice upstairs terrace. Very hard to find. I ended up paying a kid on a motorbike (who drove up beside my car and was trying to sell me a guide book) to lead me there for 5 lira. Once there, easy walk to restaurants and the travertines. Turks generally do not "get" shower curtains, and here they don't even try. The shower was just a sunken area in the corner of the tiled bathroom, so move the towels (and toilet paper!) away before you use it, and be prepared to mop up with your towel afterwards.

Although very helpful and friendly up till this point, the owner's son wouldn't take my visa for payment at check-out. He was telling me I'd have to go to a gas station down the road to work out a credit card payment. Lucky I had enough cash on me. This was enough to make me not recommend the hotel.

Although at the site of booking it is written that the hotel accept credit cards, at the check out the owner of the hotel denied our credit card with the excuse that the machine didn't work, When we told him that we have no cash with us as it was our last day of holidays then he told us that he would accept the credit card with the condition we pay the bank taxes for him . He was rather rude and unprofessional

It was friendly and the food was good.

When travelling with three young children the "family room" is very small. So we left one day early. Five beds crammed into a small room and leaving only 4-5 square meters all in all is not great. Breakfast not great.

Hotell staff good. Services normal. Comfort good.
