スタッフがとても親切。深夜近くの遅い時間のチェックインだったが、近くのバス停まで何度も迎えに来てくれ- たらしい。部屋はきわめて質素だが、清潔そのものでとても過ごし易い。他の滞在客にもこのホテルは最高だよ- とアドバイス貰えた。2泊以上しないと本当はこのホテルの良さが分からないと思う。 設備は期待してはいけない。冷蔵庫、テレビはない。シャワーの水量も少ない。 |

スタッフのご夫婦とも親切、特に、奥さんはとても親切で気持ちが良い。ご飯もおいしく、（高級ホテルを望む- 人には難しいかもしれないが、）値段を含めてトータルで考えると、コストパフォーマンスは非常に高い。 |

早朝にもかかわらず、快く対応していただきました。食事も、家族と一緒に食べてるようなアットホームな感じ- です。当日でも予約をすれば、有料ですが、奥さんが手作りする夕食も食べれます。 |

宿泊日の早朝に到着したが、部屋にすぐに通してもらい、仮眠後、朝食を摂らせてもらえた。オーナーの奥さん- の料理がおいしかった。2泊したが、2泊とも夕食はホテルで摂った。食事場所も家の居間のようなところで、- オーナー家族がくつろいでいた。他の宿泊者と食事をしながら話をできて楽しかった。パムッカレの石灰棚とヒ- エラポリス以外の場所への行き方も教えてもらえた（カラハユットとラオディケア）。洗濯サービスを朝お願い- したら、夜に戻ってきた（自分たちの洗濯物が干されている様子が見えたのも面白かった！）。部屋も黄色でま- とめられていて、快適だった。外から見た部屋の雰囲気とはかなり違った。 |

旦那さんは、ホテルへの到着が深夜になってしまった私達を心配して、宿近くのバス停まで迎えに出ていてくれ- ていました。奥さんは非常に働きものな方で、有料ですが沢山の洗濯物を快く引き受けてくださいました。部屋- のシーツは旅中泊まったどのホテルのものよりも白く、とても清潔で心地の良い部屋でした。 |

Excellent location. Helpful staff. Was there only for the night but the owner was very friendly. A very homely place. Will surely recommend it to all. Nothing really. Owner was sometimes a bit overboard with stuff like keep the door closed, shut off the light etc etc. but i guess thats because its a proper family owned pension. |

Excellent location so close to the travertine formations and in fact has its own pool being fed from the same thermal spring (water has cooled by the time it reaches the hotel!!) The other great point is the excellent meals on site. |

This is a comfortable friendly hotel. It is in a good location and the meal we had in the evening was excellent and a good price. Perfect for a visit to Pamukale. I was very surprised at the price of beer at 6 lira. as we had 2 american friends with us I think they were bumping the price up. My husband and I live in Turkey so are aware of the correct price around 4.5 lira. On realising this the owner reduced the price so be aware! |

A basic, cheerful room with comfortable beds (the double bed was more comfy than the twin). No shower cubicle but room and bathroom were very clean. Convenient location -- only a few minutes walk from the entrance to Pammukale. Wonderful, friendly owners who gave us directions to different sites, and served us a delicious home-cooked meal of Turkish food at a reasonable price. Would definitely stay there again if we returned. The hotel "grounds" are quite nice too, though small. A small swimming pool with water fed from the springs, and beautiful flowers shading an outdoor dining area. |

This is the second time for me to stay at the Beyaz Kale, it is a small 10 bedroom place that what it lacks on size certainly makes up on service. We enjoyed every mınute of our time there and will be going back there next time we are in the area. We travel Turkey very often and stay in many hotels and highly reccommend this for value for money and its hıgh level of hospitality. |
