The room were comfortable..

I believe they should somehow renovate the hotel, the gul facilities need a change. The room where breakfast takes places needs brighter colors. other than that it was good.

Excellent staff and good Spa facilities . Rooms are omfortable ,clean and well euipped .

early acess to room. we were given an upgrade',room was very spacious and confortable.A pool and hammam were a great experience.

easy access from taxim metro to 4 levent station, but one needed the info first. The buuses from both airports come into taxim.

Nice hotel, good location near 4 levent metro station which can get to taksim for 10 min. Very frendly staff, free underground parking. Good hotel for that money.

Room was overheated and no means of controlling temperature except for opening windows.

Nice wellcome, delicious food, kindly and helpfull staff, finally a clean room what ı want to find in hotel ? that's all.. Thank you Bilek management, we will see next year same month.

Thank you for kindest and helpfull staff, great location,also before I was stay many hotel that area but I never seen like that kind room. comfortable, new decorated, there is one thing I was schock, becouse I watch SBC chanel. Thank you for every one.

The air conditioning was disabled during the day

The room itself was comfortable and clean but was missing lights, a bath plug and various oddities. I didn't bother complaining as these things didn't affect my stay. Overall the place was fine for what I needed.

I should admit that I found the staff of the hotel very kind, helpful and respectful.

1) The construction going in front of the main gate of the hotel which did not allow comfortable access to the hotel, and we had to use the back door. 2) The lack of English communication by the staff in such a hotel in a capital of a tourist attractive country. 3) The hotel charged me for food and beverage which I did not consume it. I tried to explain to the receptionist that I found a used can in the minibar in my room, but the poor English was really a barrier. 4) For the same reason of language, the receipt was issued to me with different nationality. 5) The breakfast was not of many varieties as compared with hotels of similar standards. 6) The prices was too high.

We choose this hotel because it was close to an event we were attending and other general transportation.

There was side walk construction in front of the hotel, which made accessing to the hotel difficult and unpleasant. The pictures of the hotel in their website are overrated.

Good location for working in Levent. Adequate room for a short business stay.

Gym was closed for renovation, no warning in advance on website. Generally this feels like a cheap hotel with minimal service and facilities, so if all you want is a bed for the night then its fine. If you want more comfort or for a longer stay, then look elsewhere.

close to metro station

there were road contruction by the hotel which made it vary uncomfrtable to move arround , the room was very small

Nothing good to say. During my stay at the hotel, in front of the hotel began road construction, making it difficult to exit from the hotel. I do not know how long it will continue.

It is close to metro station

I paid for 4 nights using my visa card. But refund for 2 cancelled nights was paid back in cash, and in Turkish Lira. I asked for reason and was told that refund to my card will take 15 days. I find this unreasonable - they used high commision fee for excahnge for local currency, which I didnt need at all as I was leaving the country.

It was a nice hotel that was very close to the subway and the main business district including Sheraton where the conferences usually take place.

front office özellikle çok yardım sever her konuda ama, odam şahaneydi güzel bir saphire manzarası eşliğinde bir bardak şarap yudumlayın tavsiyemdir. :)
