It is cheap hotel .

The hotel will not let bring any food or drinks with you to the hotel ( not even water ) !!!!!

I liked fruit plates with candles, turkish coffee, good mattress, a view to the sea from my balcony; quick and qualitative ironing and mending clothes,if neccessary; professional stuff.

I don't understand the situation with woman shower cabins in swimming pool. I prefer to have a bigger choice of hot dishes for breakfast - porridge, for example.

everything was nice except the meals, dinner and breakfast. the menu was insufficient and the foods were not tasty.

It was value for money. It is really nice hotel. Manager allowed us to check in much before check in time.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Both times I stayed at this hotel I requested an airport or bus station pickup and both times they were not waiting for me and I had to ring the hotel to ask where they were. The first time I waited an hour for them to arrive. The transport driver was not friendly and there was no apology for being late. Also my room smelled of cigarette smoke even though I requested a non smoking room.

It was very cheap for a 4 star hotel although it corresponds to 3 stars hotel in Europe.Everything was nice except the extremly boring little man in a wellness area.He insisted on offering massages and all kind of packages but it was really very annoying.The first day we went to sauna and pool but on the second day,as much as we would have liked to relax in the spa,we decided not to go because the little hairy man was so unbearable thatn we prefered not going instead of having to stand this constant insisting on who knows what!Beautiful hotel but stay away of the spa!!!

Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed. They converted one of their tiny storage room into a hotel room! Room entrance is just outside the building on the 4th floor and only way to get in is using fire staircase .clearly H&S into important at all and hotel only cares about how to get more money from its customers and sell their 2sqm storage room as a little small room!

View was according to expectation. Bed was nice pillow was nice. Cleaning was nice, except one bed had dirty sheets when checked in.

Food was really bad. All food was boiled to much. Fried egg not available every day. Not possible to get omelett with onions, tomatoes and peppers- Only 2 types of cheese, just different spices. Only industry meat on sandwich. Why not smoked turkey. or other products. When things run-out on the buffe, no purchase to replace missing item. complained twice. No really good fish on the buffe. Mini-bar check - was annoying. Hotel has 4 star on paper, as it has many things on the facilities. But service and total value, only 3 stars. No proper maps available. Turist office in Antalya has really good maps. Print map, show where hotel is, and bus stops and Laura shopping mall. Info leaflet. Very little drawer space in room. TV to small.

The room was clean and has a good sea view.

I would liked to stay double bed room, but the two single beds room has been provided for us. I also gave my friends name to loby in order to check in for him, but he didn't accept by his name.

Bad customer service from Reception We had breakfast only , in the evening we ordered Domino's Pizza to the hotel, and reception would not allow us to eat in our room or anywhere in the Hotel , It was raining heavy outside and told us to go outside and eat. I spoke to manager and eventually he allowed it for this time. Shower had limescale in it.

Staff were friendly and location was ok.

To much to place here...the main problems were the following: The rooms were old and the door would many times lock us out. The floor we were on was undergoing refurbishment and was both noisy & dangerous to our health as the fumes were everywhere. As an apology we were sopose to get a refund of one nights stay, a month later i am still waiting for it. There were other such problems but these are the main ones. Overall i was not happy with this Hotel, the advertising does not reflect the reality.

Everything was perfect as value. Highly recommended.

Every thing is excellent especially staff.

first I had a shower that didn't work like it has to do and by changing the room we had a very bad bed and I think they need to decorate the old stuff for letting me go there again

We liked that hotel is lokated in very good area.

Breakfast and dinner was not good, we all the time had to go eat out. We were giving money to houskipper, but she had never wash our flors( We asked her.. And only ones in 14 days she had done it.

Excellent Location,room excellent,if a little small.

Toaster at Breakfast totally useless,rest of breakfast good,but very Turkish/Continental.Evening meal also very Turkish,but not bad.Water should be given with evening meal as well as Breakfast.Price of wine extortionate,same cause this is an excellent hotel.

i likw the price of room with sea panaroma.

in the pictures the hotel looks so luxury but in a real-eye its not like that!

Problems right from the start. Had booked a sea facing room, but because of late checkouts, they put us in a back room. Changed the next day. Found a woman's panties in the spare bed in the new room and the room was dirty. Received a call from reception just before midnight on the first night to say they had made a mistake with my credit card payment and wanted me to fix it there and then. I said I would go in the morning, as I was already sleeping. When I went to pay, they had already tried using my car without my permission, and it was blocked by Visa, so I could not use the card any further on my holiday. Most facilities were unavailable sometimes, such as lobby bar, shop, etc. No access to a beach, as indicated on the website. Service in restaurant was poor - sometimes staff were not available. Food okay, but not great.

Is a pleasant hotel , nice decorated with rich ornaments .Services are good, food nice and diversified .Is close of the main road and local transport, in a nice city area .

May be rooms are little to small, not enough place inside

The buffet meals were good and didn't have any problem with the selection. Location was also good as it was in a quiet location which had excellent links with the city centre using the frequently run bus services which were easy to use and very reasonably priced. The spa facilities were excellent too as it was included in your stay (only paying extra for massages).

Being listed as a "High Class Hotel" it needs refurbishment as all the fixtures and furnishings looked tired and well used. However the price reflected well with the condition of the hotel and all in all a great weekend break.
