has a nice location, with sea view . The room was good size , bed was comfortable , but bath/ shower was very small specialey for big pepole. pleas, see above. |

hotel staff were polite and helping , it was quite and close to both beach and city center. swimming pool too small , food quality not good , we got extra charged for the water we drank while we had paid for a half board service , they wanted to charge us for things we did not drink we protested and they corrected it , some of the pictures related to website seems not to be owned by hotel , breakfast time ends by 9:00 am it's too early for holidays , the worst point is that the walls of... |

I didnt like the fact that we couldn't bring our own drinks and the food we used to eating in our own country. I think foreneirs should be exceptional. |

Staff very helpful, when we asked if we could change to a room with double bed and on the top floor (which has bigger balcony) they accommodated our request the very next day. The food was very good, with plenty of variety to choose from. Rooms were very clean and all bedding and towels changed every day. Hotel has access to a decking area down by the cliffs as hotel is not near a beach (fee 5L). Prices for drinks was very expensive!! Strict about not bringing drinks/snacks into hotel from outside!! Even had water we'd bought outside taken out of the fridge!! Really need a car as nowhere to go at night. |

The very professional, and extremely friendly, staff. The WIFI internet was of a permanently weak signal which made browsing slow and eliminated any usage of an internet phone. They probably do this to encourage the use of hotel telephones however I was there on business and I had redirected my office telephones through to my internet telephone thus I was 'cut off' from my office for a number of days. |

The real good points are the beds comfort and the cleanliness of sheets and towels IN THE ROOM only. Convenient for a short one night stay. There is no private beach but a public beach available nearby which you must pay for, the swimming pool is very very small.The service is money oriented. Full amount is paid at check-in. Drinks are not included in half board. Air conditioning is only running in the lobby, rooms and restaurant. This hotel is non-smoking to the exception of the rooms. |

Convenient, good value. Advertisments and photos focused on Panorama restaurant - sea views etc., but it was closed and we were relagted to eating in a basement restaurant. |

The friendliness of all the Staff - the family atmosphere they created. Any queries quickly dealt with. We felt very comfortable while we were there. The food could have been a bit more interesting and it would have helped to have descriptions of the main meals. At breakfast perhaps scrambled eggs could have been offered on alternative days for a change. But there was plenty of food at every meal. |

Hotellet levede op til forventninger. Fine og rummelige værelser med en god udsigt. Et personale der kunne hjælpe,hvis der var behov. Glimrende og velassorteret morgenmadsbuffet. Bedre mulighed for at komme ud at svømme i havet. |

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Heel vlotte inschrijving en aangename kamer. Bij ons 2e verblijf kregen we een suite aangeboden voor dezelfde prijs als onze 1e (gewone) kamer. Ontbijt kan iets verzorgder. De airconditioning drupte redelijk erg bij ons 2e bezoek. |

Omgeving is mooi. Uitzicht strand natuur is mooi De douchecabines zijn wel aan vernieuwing toe. We hadden eerst een kamer waar de randen van douchecabine zaten veel zwarte vochtvlekken (beschimmeld). De afvoer was gelig. Daardoor een andere kamer gevraagd. Voelt niet fris aan. Vond het geen 4½ sterren waard. |

O quarto é confortável, com uma ótima vista do mar Mediterrâneo e das montanhas. Os funcionários atenciosos. Tem dois shoppings perto do hotel, bem como alguns restaurantes. Fácil acesso ao serviço de táxi. Aumentar o controle sobre os fumantes, devido ao odor de fumaça nos corredores e ambientes internos do hotel. Apesar de ser proibido fumar. |

フロントに行きたい観光地を聞いても、真剣に調べてくれなかった。タクシーの運転手に聞いてくださいと言うだけでした。 朝食・夕食が毎日同じような食事で変化が無い。部屋のバスタオルの交換を毎日してくれ無かった。シャンプーの補充もしてくれ無かった。 |

Het personeel zelf was aardig maar de overdracht van de informatie tussen het restaurant en de receptie liep niet lekker. Wij hebben de avond van tevoren de drankjes afgerekend omdat wij 's nachts moesten vertrekken (en snel weg wilden) , maar bij vertrek was dit niet duidelijk en vond men dat wij j dit nog een keertje moesten doen. Dit hebben we uiteraard niet gedaan. |
