the pool area and location. the food is left out in the heat. they bill you for food that you havent had and will call the police if you disagree about it. the beds and bedding are third world. and the drinks at the bar are extortianate. |

arriver dans la chambre payé 50e, on s'est rendu compte que la clim était coupé et la chambre sentait le chien. En allant demander la clim a l'accueil il me demandait 5 euros supplémentaire de tout les hotels que j'ai fait en turquie c le seul a pratiquer cette supercherie alors que j'ai sejourné dans des hotels moins cher avec clim. a 50e je pensais que c'était normal. bref content de n'y etre rester qu'une nuit. Je vous le deconseille fortement. |

Qualité de l'accueil et du service, confort correct, chambre propre. Possibilité de parking à proximité dans la rue. Manque de calme et de charme, environnement trop urbain, l'hôtel est positionné dans un bloc d'immeuble. C'est correct pour une étape mais pas pour un séjour de longue durée. |

Хареса ми местоположението на хотела,макар,че доста се лутахме докато го намерим.Хотела е разположен в близост до плажа Клеопатра,който е изключително чист и добре поддържан.Близо е и до центъра на Алания и до Крепостта.Обслужването в хотела беше добро,съответстващо на категорията 3 звезди,персоналът-любезен.Храната е добра. Подобрения могат да бъдат направени в санитарните възли на стаите.Някои кранове на батерии не се затварят,душ коритата често се запушват,не се зареждат редовно сапун и шампоан.Спалното бельо е старо и захабено,на места скъсано. |
