The staff were very accommodating, most of them spoke English, and they were eager to help with anything we needed. It was so relieving that they didn't push activities on us--just when we asked about certain things to do, they offered their knowledge and resources. They gave us their best room, on the top floor, which has a sea view and lovely balcony, and the room was wonderful. Great, comfortable bed, and plenty of storage space and beautiful furniture. The room was cleaned every day, and they gave me extra blankets when I asked for them, as my husband likes the A/C on very cold, and I freeze. About the A/C: this hotel offers it as something that is included in the price of your booking, which was great. Be careful as you are looking for hotels in this area, as some of them charge extra (up to 20 EU per day) for use of the A/C in your room, and won't tell you that until you get there. This hotel didn't do that. Perfect location, only a block away from the beach and the beach road, so it was quiet, but very close so that you could go back up to the room from the beach if you forgot something. The breakfast is included, and the staff were very kind in their manner of waiting the table on us. They don't do buffet style, which was nice, because then I know the food hasn't been sitting out for a few hours with other people's germs and flies. They bring out a traditional Turkish breakfast on a plate for each person, and as much cay or coffee as you'd like. Breakfast is from 8-10 am. This hotel is a straight-shot to a free entrance to the beach, after you cross the road, and there you can pay for a couple of beach chairs and umbrella (standard for the whole beach), or you can lay your towel down in front of the chairs for free. We loved the chairs and umbrella combo because we had a safe base for our stuff, and it was only 14 TL for two people for the whole day. The only thing that happened was that on our first day there, the toilet had an issue, but the staff were immediately responsive of it and took care of it the same day.

Close to the Kleopatra beach. Tiny bathroom Tiny shower. Hopeless watermix in shower. No fridge in the room. Hotel Phone not working. No laundry service even if it says so in the hotel service facillity manual. Sevral elevator stop during the 14 days I stayed. Had breakfast included, but they charge me 2TL for a fresh orange juice.

heel erg genoten in dit hotel!! het is heel schoon, personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaaam, het eten is erg goed. de omgeving is ook perfect je loop de weg over en je bent op het beroemde cleopatra strand en naar het centrum loop je binnen 10 minuten maar meteen bij het hotel beginnen de winkels al door een lange boulevard. zeer gezellig hotel ga er zeker weer terug!!!

bulmak için epey dolansak da sonunda plaja yakın olması resepsiyonistler gerçekten çok kötüydü. klima bile çalıştırmayıp bir ellerinde kağıtla serinleyerek lafa anlatmaya çalışıyorlardı, ama boş laflar,. açık büfe adı konualacak bi menü yoktu tek çeşit ana yemek yanına makarna pilav ve artık iyice ekşimiş yoğurtlu salatalar
