Billurcu offers modern accommodations just 650 ft from its private Sarimsakli Beach on the Aegean Sea. It also features an extensive swimming pool with waterslides and water sports facilities on site. Rooms at Hotel Billurcu open out on to private balconies with sea views. They are all air conditioned and equipped with satellite TV channels, while some rooms also include a living area and a kitchenette. Traditional specialties from the Turkish cuisine are served in the buffet restaurant of the hotel. Vegetarian dishes are widely available. Cocktails and drinks can be enjoyed outdoor by the pool bar. The staff at the hotel will hand out a free map upon arrival and can arrange canoeing, mountain biking and hiking. The children's pool section is complemented by a playground. We were looking for a room in Ayvalik and found the Hotel Billurcu on booking.com. The map was kind of misleading, as this hotel is in a suburb of Ayvalik and not near the city proper. However... It turns out that Ayvalik is a large mess of a city and we were glad we didn't stay there. The Hotel Billurcu is a great place to stay--terrific staff, nice pool, great location to the beach, nice breakfast. There is an internet cafe and market very nearby also. We would highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a nice beach getaway. (Stay out of Ayvalik and go to Cunda Island at night instead!)

The hotel was on the beach and very close to Ayvalik. It was cheap compared with other hotels with the same facilities The rooms were not too spacy and the beds need to be thrown away and buy new ones (they were unconfortable and we had problems with our backs)

Dinlenmek için güzel, sakin bir mekan..çalışanların ilgisi ve mesafesi olması gerektiği gibi... Oda elektriği oda anahtarı ile çalıştığı için, dışarıdan odaya gelip minibardan soğuk birşey içmenize imkan yok.. En azından minibarın çalışmasında süreklilik sağlanabilir...

Kurz und knapp: Lage direkt am Sandstrand. Zimmer sauber. Essen mäßig. Strand überfüllt. Umgebung seltsam. Für die Durchreise ok, für einen Urlaub würde ich es nicht unbedingt empfehlen. Da ist és dann für den 3-Sterne-Standard (Türkei) aus meiner Sicht überteuert.

Hotel bietet Mittelklasse-Standard zu äußerst günstigem Preis. Zimmer sind einfach, aber zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Sauberkeit der Unterkunft, vor allem im Bad, und der Hotelanlage insgesamt gibt keinerlei Anlaß zur Kritik. Besonders hervorzuheben sind Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit des Personals an Rezeption, im Restaurant und an der Bar. Strand - etwas entfernt - kann nicht beurteilt werden, da wetterbedingt der Betrieb noch nicht angelaufen war. Und: WLAN kostenlos, mittlerweile ein Pluspunkt für viele kleinere Hotels. Keine wirklich erwähnenswerten Punkte.

Kinderpool war sehr gut und das Appartment war sehr gross. Das Essen war mittelmaessig, sehr landestypische Küche, leider auch sehr wenig Obstauswahl.

De evitat acest hotel. Mancarea foarte slaba, personalul hotelului neprimitor, nu au locuri de parcare pentru turistii veniti cu masina. La plecare au incercat sa ne incarce la nota de plata cu peste 50%.

Nista nam se nije dopalo. Osecali smo se nesigurno. Ne odgovara prezentaciji na vasem sajtu Sve je mnogo losije nego sto je predtavljeno na prezentaciji , izuzetno neljubazno osoblj, restoran neuredan , hrana jos gora, prljavo. NE ODGOVARA PREZENTACIJI NA VASEM SAJTUZBOG CEGA SMO PROMENILI HOTEL.

το χειρότερο ξενοδοχείο που έχω επισκεφθεί. τα έπιπλα της σουϊτας παλιά, βρώμικα και κατεστραμμένα, το μπάνιο παλιό και βρώμικο, τα σεντόνια βρώμικα και σκισμένα, οι μπρίζες κατεστραμμένες και επικίνδυνες για παιδιά, τα στρώματα στα κρεβάτια παλιά και επικίνδυνα για τη σπονδυλική στήλη. η τραπεζαρία του πρωϊνου μόνο με την τραπεζαρία των φυλακισμένων του αλκατράζ θα μπορούσε να συγκριθεί. το πρωϊνο φτωχό και αυτά που σερβίρινταν ήταν αμφιβόλου ποιότητας, καθαριότητας και φρεσκάδας, ενώ το νερό που σερβίρονταν στο πρωϊνό δεν ήταν εμφιαλωμένο. σίγουρα το ξενοδοχείο δεν ήταν 3 αστέρων και θα έπρεπε να επαναξιολογηθεί από τις αρμόδιες αρχές και τους πράκτορες που το προτείνουν, διότι η τιμή της σουϊτας σε σχέση με την πραγματικότητα που αντιμετωπίσαμε όταν φθάσαμε ηταν το λιγότερο κλοπή. δεν γνωρίζω εαν σε όλα τα παραπάνω οφείλεται η γαστρεντερίδα που πάθαμε όλοι την δεύτερη και τελευταία μέρα της διαμονής μας εκεί.

ιδιαιτερα εκνευριστικη και προκλητικη η συμπεριφορα του υπαλληλου, οταν φτασαμε,που κανοντας το chek in ζητουσε επιμονως να τον εξοφλησουμε χωρις να δωσει αποδειξη, λεγοντας πως θα την χορηγησει την επομενη μερα...η αγενεια του ηταν χαρακτηριστικη!!!!

The hotel is in Sarimsaki Plaj, a 20 minutes by bus from Ayvalik centre in a turistic area in front of the sea. It has a large simple rooms with air conditioning. The breakfast and the dinner are various and good, with a large buffet. The hotel has a private beach by 5 min on walk. In the street behind there is a bus station for Ayvalik. It's a good solution for visiting Pergamo (1 h and half by bus) and enjoy the sea. The hotel isn't in Ayvalik but in the turistic bay distance 7 km. However there is a bus station near the hotel for the bus that in 20 minutes arrive to Ayvalik centre and otogar.

Hotellet liger dejlig nær ved en dejlig bred strand med frie strandstole. Der er en god pool på hotellet og morgenmaden er rimelig god og varieret. Vi havde valgt en lejlighed med tilhørende køkken. Ikke fordi vi havde intentioner om selv at lave mad, men det var absolut forbudt at tilberede så meget som en kop kaffe I lejligheden. Der er ikke to meter I mellem diverse forbudsskilte overalt. Forbud mod det ene og mod det andet. Hvis man tager en flaske vand med på værelset som ikke er købt I baren bliver man charget for differencen, osv. Der er ikke nogen særlig rar stemning på stedet. Man kom til at føle sig som en forbryder med alle de forbud.
