Very helpful staff. I've been staying at this hotel before, and even though it is just a 2-star hotel, I like the nice and friendly atmosphere here.

A better knowledge of English, especially at the reception desk, would be appreciated.

I liked the location, and the very attentive and helpful staff. I don't think they cater to European/N American tourists, so they were a bit taken aback when I asked for milk to put into my tea...they gasped!!:-} But complied with forced smiles.

All good, I'd return there again.

Very central location, with friendly staff who do not speak English but use Google translate :-) Good Turkish breakfast and comfortable rooms.

Parking is an issue. There is no free parking in the (busy) street. They direct you to a paid parking, but they paid it for us. Parking is around 400 m away and is safe.

The staff is really friendly. My wife had fallen very sick when we landed in Diyarbakir. They got us medicine from the pharmacist. It is in a great location, big rooms, excellent WiFi, great value for money.

Clean and tidy, good location. Basic accommodation and simple traditional Turkish hotel breakfast, and that's what we expected. Staff is friendly and receptionist wanted to assist us with our ongoing journey.

The hotel was a decent price and was well located on a road with many other hotels, within the old city walls and a short walk from the major sights of Diyarbakir. Diyarbakir is very hot in the summer so it was good that the air-conditioning worked so well.

Excellent location on the street with most hotels in the old city - hundred meters away from Dag Kapi and city walls. Rooms are very spacious, self service breakfast is really rich.

Aziz is one of the most interesting people I met in my life. He's the best staff in Birkent hotel. The Hotel is cheap, clean and near to Sightseeing'S. My Room was big. For Family's they have even bigger rooms. The Staff in Birkent hotel is very friendly, they help always if you need something.

There should be map's for the tourists.
