Very nice staff, decent breakfast. The Internet worked great and the bed was comfy.
- very good and clean beds. Most rooms are quite spacious; general cleaning is also good. - very kind staff - basic but good breakfast
nothing particularly that I did not like; my room was rather small, but it was the only one of this size on its floor - an exception therefore
I've been visiting the Birkent for years as a business traveler. I always find the staff pleasant and accommodating. They go the extra mile for guests, including moving my car. The wifi is strong, and breakfast plentiful.
I don't approve of the Birkent's policy of not accepting non-married couples. This is an archaic practice and not conducive of international travel. I strongly disagree.
Nice location, rooms are nice for the price. Amazing staff,
breakfast was a little bit too simple
Staff got me on a city bus which was one 10th the cost of a taxi, held my items for me and treated me as if I were their most important guest / incredibly nice people!!!

Very helpful staff. I've been staying at this hotel before, and even though it is just a 2-star hotel, I like the nice and friendly atmosphere here.
A better knowledge of English, especially at the reception desk, would be appreciated.
I liked the location, and the very attentive and helpful staff. I don't think they cater to European/N American tourists, so they were a bit taken aback when I asked for milk to put into my tea...they gasped!!:-} But complied with forced smiles.
All good, I'd return there again.
Very central location, with friendly staff who do not speak English but use Google translate :-) Good Turkish breakfast and comfortable rooms.
Parking is an issue. There is no free parking in the (busy) street. They direct you to a paid parking, but they paid it for us. Parking is around 400 m away and is safe.
The staff is really friendly. My wife had fallen very sick when we landed in Diyarbakir. They got us medicine from the pharmacist. It is in a great location, big rooms, excellent WiFi, great value for money.
Nice room, good breakfast, good location, very helpful staff.
Good position. Good breakfast.
