Shops and fast food outlets were close by. Two huge shopping centres were within walking distance from the hotel (500-600 meters). There were always taxi's available outside the hotel, but be careful when using them ( they will try to rip you off so be careful. Cost to ISTANBUL is on average 25 TYL and likewise on returning )

Housekeeping supplied towels for 2 people instead we were a family of 4. This happened daily. Tea,coffee was the same, supplied the 1st 2 days then nothing thereafter. We stayed in the hotel for 6 days in total, not impressed with housekeeping service. Bakirkoy is situated between 10 - 12 kms from Istanbul's main attractions so travelling to and fro can get a bit much and expensive by taxi.

location is very nice.there several big shopping center.the accessibility of the hotel to public transportation is good.rooms are large and the size of rooms are logical.rooms are clean and comfortable.

the hotel does not have a good and big lobby.it is a little far from city center like taksim , sultanahmet and etc.

Very honest and gentle staff. Luxuary and silence rooms. Nice ambience. Perfect wellness.

Breakfast v. good, probably I missed choice of teas. SPA - of which I visited swimming pool (requested cauls, available at 4TRY). Kindness of greeting staff. Location near to airport and Bakirkoy seabus port.

Posters in elevators saying 'for Yr own safety do not buy anything to drink/eat outside hotel'

The personnel was great and speak much better English than most here.

The rooms have almost no lights at all! I could hardly find my way around. Also, curtains were insufficient to keep the light out in the morning. Make sure you ask for toilet paper if you are running low.

Very comfortable room, equally distant from Ataturk Airport and Sultananhet

The staff was really nice, breakfast was good (though they charge for fresh juice additionally), sauna and swimming pool were nice and the massage I had (made by this very nice blond lady) was one of the greatest I had in my life – really good!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel to anybody that is coming for truism as it’s extremely far from the city centre. I regret staying there because could not take the whole advantage of the city because of this distance. If you stay there remember that the train station Bakirkoy does not exist, to go the city centre take bus SN1 or SN2 from Kennedy Caddesi (remember to buy bus card before).

close to the airport, just 4 metro stations, close to the centre of Bakirkoy; very friendly and helpful staff, very good atmosphere in the hotel, close to the seaside; I did not have breakfast or used the fitness room so I cannot judge that.

Location is fine, very close to Ataturk airport. You can reach to airport within 5 to 10 minutes by taxi. There is a taxi station in front of the hotel. If you have time to spend, Bakirkoy center is very close to hotel which is 5 minutes on foot.

Rooms for 2 people are fine and big enough. But rooms for 1 person is too small that you can only find a bed to lie down and a very small bath. Rooms looking to the main street are noisy.

my room was very small and when air conditioner was working cause some extra sound. and it was a little warm.

Excellent food, great wi-fi signal and bandwidth, comfortable beds, very clean, etc. It's also in a terrific location next to some very nice malls and shopping streets. It's away from the touristy areas (good thing) and very close to the Ataturk airport.

Tad pricey for what you get. Also, there is a very large sign in the elevator saying something about bringing your own food into the hotel is not allowed because of health reasons??? Not sure what this means. Not sure if it's legal to not allow me to take food into my hotel room either. That sign totally irked me.

Room is very small,iam surprised from the size of the room,it is terriblly small,not even one third of the usual rooms in other hotels ,bathroom is very small you can stand in it with extreme difficulty you will feel angry from room size the view the hotel looking on is very bad

The location is perfect and the hotel condition is very good

The receptionist at the health club spoke poor English so it was difficult to communicate with!
