Personeel was heel vriendelijk, 1 x recht op verplaatsing naar vliegveld. Ontbijt was niet echt verzorgd, kamers waren muf, airco werkte niet, veel lawaai van de airco's in de buurt. |

het personeel was supervriendelijk, ze deden echt alles om het ons naar de zin te maken ! ook de ligging is super, heel dicht bij alle bezienswaardigheden en toch rustig. Ontbijt op dakterras is heel leuk, maar als het weer wat tegenzit ? |

De gastvrije ontvangst was super, gratis shuttle vanaf het vliegveld, de ligging van het hotel is perfect voor een (lang) weekend Istanbul, dichtbij toeristische trekpleisters, eigenlijk is alles op loopafstand. niet ontevreden, maar kamers zijn erg klein. |

Heel gastvrij, vriendelijk personeel. Rustige omgeving op loopafstand van belangrijke bezienswaardigheden. Schoon. Goede bedden. |

Fantastische ontvangst, personeel stond dag en nacht voor je klaar als je vragen had. Het hotel ligt zeer dicht bij alle bezienswaardigheden. Dit hotel zouden wij zo weer boeken. |

receptionist probeert zijn best te doen maar het is allemaal zeer amateuristisch. In feite rijhuis dat door enkele jongeren getransformeerd werd in een "hotel". geen faciliteiten, geen zitplaats tenzij op eigen bed en op het dakterras voor het ontbijt. Slecht sanitair, zeer kleine badkamer, schimmel op elke muur, minderwaardig slaapcomfort. |

De ligging in een rustig straatje vlakbij de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden. De hartelijke ontvangst en de rustige kamer. De kamer was erg klein (geen stoel of tafel), maar gezien de prijs waren wij toch tevreden. |

Great location for major attractions, but it's on a quiet street, so you can get a good night sleep. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. All central hotels are expensive in Istanbul, so Apex is quite reasonable. The price quoted in Booking.com was in Euro, but when we check out they charged us in Turkish Lira! So we ended up paying for the exchange charge by the credit card company! |

The location was very central to the sites,the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was poor,there was only instant coffee and the room was too small.The hotel is overated and overpriced for the money. |

Staff were very helpful and hospitable, we always felt that we could call on them to help or for recommendations. We were upgraded to a larger room when one became available even though there was no obligation on the part of the hotel. Location of the hotel is excellent for all the main sights in the Sultanhamet district all of which are easy walkable. |

Hoteliers are very kind and give a lot of useful information about restaurants and things to see and to do. Small hotel but very well situated between the most important interests to visit. Quiet at night (although you 'll get awake at 5 am by the muezzin of the moskee whit open window) We got a present at leaving. The breakfast is rather poor and always at the roof, good or bad weather. |

The staff/owner are extremely friendly. We were greeted with orange juice and Turkish Delights upon arrival-a very nice intro to Turkish hospitality. The location is wonderful. A few moments walk away from the cutest street in Istanbul with great dining and shopping. |
