Uitstekende service van het personeel zondar dat men daar een fooi voor verwachtte. Je kreeg de kans niet eens om er één te geven. Het ging dus niet om de fooi maar om de gastvrijheid en betrokkenheid.

Ontbijten op het dak. Mooi uitzicht Ik vond de kamer te klein, ze hebben ook grotere kamers.Volgende keer een grotere kamer boeken.

There are some pluses such as location, its exactly old city and friendly staff but no more. Breakfast is Ok, by expectaitions. What I can say about this hotel.... Poor and not maintained well. There are many neighbours hotels with beautiful flowers at the entrance and fresh painted buildings front, we were disappointed when went out from a taxi and look at this. For 115 $ we got lowest class and very dark and extremely small room with broken tv, linen were may be "one hundred years old" with holes.

The Staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay happy and tea was in constant supply! They arranged for us to get, very good, local takeaway food and arranged a, very reasonable, visit to a nearby Hammam. Our twin bedded room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water. The recent addition of glass panels around the roofed breakfast area on the roof ( see photo ) made the area warm. The panels are moveable to allow for flexibility. The hotel was usually quiet except for a choreographed combination of loud bin collection and the call to morning prayer at 5am...closing the window helped and it made an interesting change from home!

Despite a glitch in the reservation so it was no problem for Nedim to correct it in a professional way. Closeness is perfect for the famous tourist attraktonerna, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and many others. Located on a quiet street.

Really close to Sultanhamet park and the main turistic attractions, polite receptionists, free computer&printer the budget twin room situated on the ground floor has some problems, you can hear every noise from outside, the shower isn't in the best shape, really small room; comfortable overall, ok for a short stay; breakfast pretty poor, I don't think the food was too fresh..

Wonderful staff, very accomodating and friendly. Place was not new but was very well maintained and cleaning staff was very meticulous. Breakfast was delicious.

Set in a nice and quiet location in Sultan Ahmet, just around the corner to Akbiyik street with all its restaurants, Hotel Apex offered great accommodation at a valuable price. I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities and the quality of the breakfast. The room I stayed in, a budget double room, was nicely decorated and very comfortable - it gets only a bit colder being on the ground floor. My friend booked also a budget double room and received a superior room located at the superior floor which was perfect in all regards. It was a very pleasant stay for both of us and I would choose it again for my stay in Istanbul if I were to return to visit It's a hotel i highly recommend for its location, ideal for visiting the area of SultanAhmet and dining, and for the overall atmosphere, helpfulness of the staff and conditions put to offer. Thank you for everything

I had a small room - very dark and not comfortable! There are a lot of other mini hotels near Apex - much more better that this one. And I had a problem - reception guy was not english speaking so be ready that you will have problems with understanding. I asked him to help cancel the reservation for 1 day because I had no computer with me. And I was surprised today because they draw out my money from credit card! So he didnt cancel it and didnt say about it to me. No big money, but bad service. Good luck for them. I am disappoinded V.much.

The Staff are acommodating and very friendly, breakfast is good and the place is just walking distance to tourist spots. Its just that the enternet connection is very poor but anyways we come for vacation and its just fine.

Very friendly staff, great price (it was a "flash-offer" by Booking.com), and superb location, a three minutes walk to the Blue Mosque and two minutes more to Ayasofya, past lively Akbiyik Caddesi. Room small, but adequate and perfectly clean, with minibar, cable TV and free tea. Breakfast was also adequate for the category of the hotel. Free high-speed internet in the room worked perfectly all days, with no interruptions at all during (very long) use, and they even have a computer with high-speed internet connection free of charge for guests in the reception area. In general, it was perfectly satisfactory, and it would certainly be a pleasure to stay at Apex Hotel again. No lift, but very helpful staff will be happy to help you up with your luggage. Bathroom is not heated. Room was warn, but it was really cold in the bathroom, and taking a shower was not the best experience I had in the hotel - I was there in winter, January 14/17, it was quite cold and snowing.

Hotel staff was very helpful and our room was so clean. We ordered a economic room in the ground floor but they gave us another room which is bigger and has a balcony. Mini bar prices in the room were a little bit expensive.

Value for money was excellent. So I did not mind that the room was small. There was everything I needed. Clean sheets and bathroom, hairdryer, slippers,coffe/tea facilities, cupboard. Staff were all very polite and helpfull. The location is good, 5' walking to the tram station and the main road or the blue mosk. Quiet but safe street.Typical turkish breakfast.Boiled eggs, sausages, cucamber, tomato, olives, cheese, marmelade and honey, plus cake, yogurt and cereals. Free pc use in the lobby. Breakfast room was not actually a room. The 'walls' were old plastic curtains. There was not any juice at breakfast. I appreciate very much that as soon as I asked about juice the girl serving there,she brought me a glass.

Very good location - walking distance to all major points of interest. Close to bars and restaurants. Very nice street. Friendly staff and good conditions. Low price. I am recommending this hotel. Exceeded expectations. I took in consideration the low price.

very nice area, right next to Blue Mosque, we could just walk anywhere from the hotel in 5-10 minutes. The personnel was very nice, especially the young lady from the terrace,everyone very welcoming. overall, compared with the price, a very good choice poor breakfast, very small rooms but I believe this is everywhere in Istanbul in this kind of hotels.

Staff were brilliant - very helpful. Location the best - near lots of sights and plenty of bars and restaurants. Try Dubs at the end if the road - excellent. Breakfast good - nice home made jams and honey. Decor could do with updating a bit.

We liked location very much and breakfast was good, too. Also, one of recepcionist was so kind. It wasn't clean enough. Towels didn't look clean and they were very old. Also, bad was very uncomfortable so we had pain in neck every day. And one night we couldn't sleep at all because of some annoying noise that came from some electrical equipment. Staff told us that it probably comes from another hotel, but it looked like it's in our hotel.

It's location, old fashion design . Bathroom was broken, very small and tight rooms, good only for backpackers, not fit for families.

+ we liked that there was 50% off the list price. hotel is good, but not sure if it would worth the full price (you can book one day and try it yourself) + it was quiet place compared to the next hotel we went - style - list price (this is the reason we didn't stayed there more than the first two days
