Excellent location. Friendly, helpful reception staff.
There was only one entry card issued per room. Limited choice at breakfast.
Nice cozy little hotel, friendly helpful staff, excellent location, nice view from the terrace
The restaurant provides only breakfast
I would like to share my experience from staying in this hotel as guest who has been in may hotels before. From the begging there was a few problems but very professional staff managed to solve every detail wich i didnt find appropriate .As well there was a receptionist named Ferrit providing the best advice every time when i asked for city activities .Housekeeping made cleaned up my room every day to make me feel more comfortable. My best recommendations for this hotel.
Small elevator, no gym, and food wich has been not used by guests for breakfasts was served again to other guests.
the room location bed is super soft every thing is amazing
wifi is a little bit poor, must stay close to the door then use it.
hotel location just 5 minutes walking to blue mosque and Aya Sofia. Breakfast wasn't bad. the view form the room.
Furniture is too old and required replace. parking isn't available. Breakfast need to improve.
Location, supportive staff
king size was provided despite choosing this option on booking.com Additional bad for eur 30 a bit high for Azade Hotel.
Location and sea view ..breakfast . Room servis.staff
The Sultanahmet district in Istanbul is wonderful and full of very interesting looking hotels. The Azade was a very good choice for us. The staff were very helpful, the room was comfortable, the location was great, the breakfasts were terrific in a room looking out to the Sea of Marmara and the Blue Mosque
We have no complaints.
Staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was excellent with restaurants and places of interest just outside
Some of the fixtures and fittings were old and worn out. For example, the shower floor was uneven and the shower door didn't close properly (shower itself was very good) The TV was old and part of it was taped together and we had to be shown a few times how to switch it on as it required a bit of a ritual. The breakfast could have been better
Location, breakfast at rooftop is nice. No toothbrushs, room had bad smell at check in then they told us this was air freshener smell so we left the window open for couple of hours..
Room smell at check in... No late check out allowed as hotel is busy..
Location was excellent, various famous restaurants and famous spots are on walking distance. Beautiful view of Bosporus and Blue mosque from the roof top. A famous Indian restaurant was another highlight. Nice ambiance.
Missing in-house dinner or luncheon option though I covered this by exploring different restaurants on nearby streets. Breakfast also need some improvement daily same breakfast may not be a good choice.
Our room was located in other building. In the check-in, some helped us with the lugagge. In the check out we should be in charge and it was not so easy: you need to up and downt stairs with heavy lugagge. The air conditioned for some reason is very noisy. There was a moment that I couldnt sleep. The solution was to turn it off. The breakfast was not good. The time we were, the terrace was completely crowded; not enough food, not place to sit. I see they try to promote this hotel like if this were a boutique/design hotel. But this is not true.
Excellent location due to its proximity to the major attractions - Sultan Ahmet (Blue) Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Night Bazaar (could take a tram or a nice stroll down the main street). Spread of buffet breakfast will fill those who're starving. Rooms are nicely decorated and provide ironing facilities.
Staff should have been friendlier. Rather curt with my requests and didn't bother to elaborate much when I asked questions. Wi-fi is not available at the breakfast terrace.
-room was dirty -pigeons were eating from the bread that was later on served to people for breakfast!!!!!!! -nobody speaks english in the hotel -rude staff-impossible to comunicate
- The staff is very helpful and they will help with the luggage. They also provide a very spacious bus to the airport but need to pay for it. - The location is very good. Close to the attractions. - We changed to a room in their new building and the room is very spacious and nice. But this building has no elevator and the breakfast is in the main building. But not very tiring anyway. - It provides various items including shower cap, slipper, etc. It looks a real hotel, not a family hostel.
- The room does not look like the website pictures. But it also includes everything anyway. And they changed to another building whose room is new and large.
The staff it's very frendly .
Location to major sites Breakfast room with great view Size of room-requested triple for 2 people Staff was excellent by warning us about bad cab drivers Proximity to very good restaurants
Stairs to our room
Views from breakfast terrace superb Easy walking distance of many important buildings
great location, staff will do anything to ensure you have a great stay. beautiful breakfast room view and great breakfast.
Location of hotel is amazing. Close to all the touristy bits and restaurants, cafés and transport links.
Location is excellent. Rooms are very good.
Walls are too thin. Everytime anybody on the floor above flushed we could hear the water rushing through the pipes. Quite loud and irritating at night. Breakfast was also repetitive - needs variation in menu.
