Staff was very nice everything vey clean, including bathroom price was cheap There was a washing machine :)
The room was noisy at night from passing cars, I slept bad cause of it.

they don't speak english
no heating, no wifi, don`t you dare go there
We were lucky to get a room with bathroom. The bed was good. Room is very basic but it's all one would really need on a short trip. The guy at the reception was very helpful and he kindly agreed to change our term of stay from 5 nights to 4, although this was supposed to be a pre-paid arrangement but for some reason the credit card did not work, so they kept the reservation until we arrived and accepted cash. Booking.com was also helpful to accept such change on a short notice. Location is very nice, very lively bazaar is close by, yet very close to the seaside. The guy at the reception helped to arrange a tour to Sümela monastery, Karaca cave, etc. Trabzon is a place worth a visit. Definitely want to go there again.
+ location + security + prize + single room +
- mosquitoes - Staff speaks just little English - Breakfast sometimes very "unstable"
No lift no baggege carry service small room and toilet not very welcoming attitude no english speaking
I liked position of the hotel, it was absolutely excellent. Good for backpackers, there was common bathroom and toilet for several rooms but it was clean and spacious. There is wash machine in the property.
It was almost impossible to wake up receptionist. He constantly slept in the hotel hall. Hotel did not inform me about breakfast.
Location was ok.
Booked a room with bathroom and aircondition. Upon arrival I was told that my booking was for a standard room, no aircon or bathroom. I wasnt happy as turkey at that time of year is very hot. There is no breeze and mosquitos in the room wouldnt let you sleep. The nail in coffin was that the full charge had alredy been put on my credit card even before I arrived although booking.com states its just for security purpose.
so helpful. found room for our bikes, let us check in early and use washing machine. showers and toilets were shared but kept clean. it's a basic hotel with a friendly smile. I would stay there again.
staff do only speak very basic English but they do take time to try and understand.
Neighbors and workers are friendly and tried hard to help me.
in a not touristic location, the place was clean and tidy.
The staff could not speak english, and were not very professional.
Bed was comfortable, bathroom clean, wifi good.
Staff seem to be constantly asleep. He tried to come into my room without knocking (luckily it was locked). And dont speak any english. Better and cheaper hotels closer to the centre.
the room was very clean as were the shared bathrooms. we liked that there was a refrigerator. for the price we payed we were completely satisfied.
at night it gets a little loud because of the big trucks passing by the hotel.
The staff were completely unfriendly and very strange. I normally don't make a post when smth bad happens, but these guys are too much. I have stayed in low cost hotels and dorms before numerous times so I am not the kind of reviewer who had no experience except with 4 and 5 star hotels and is comparing his experience with premium resorts. The wifi internet signal in the room was very poor, i had to open the door at times. They are overpriced compared to their rivals, at the same level. Atleast 1.5 times more, try local penssions in the area, don't exist online. The guy told me there was no breakfast while the booking had it. When i insisted to get part of the price refund, only then a breakfast option became available. A shy person would have left directly, but I tend to not be so, i believe in fairness no matter how cheap or expensive the price is. They over charge ppl, a person from the gulf walked in asking for a room similar to mine and they offered it to him for 3-4 times what I paid, completely dishonourable act..
The place was clean, quite, and in a good location. Not a bad choice for a night or two for backpackers on a low budget.
The receptionist was asleep in the lobby when we arrived. It took quite a bit of noise and shaking to wake him up and when he did he was abrassive at best. There were empty bottles of alcohol under the reception desk and many men who didn't actually work there who would offer to help and then not be able to do anything because they didn't know how. The one man who apparently works there would not check us in until he was ready and came to our room several times, was very rude about it because he wanted to leave for the night. We also had to use out own power cord for the washing machine.
It was possible to change reservation and leave hotel after first night
- no English, not friendly personal - tried to cheat me with changing reservation to get extra money - ugly, very basic rooms
Hiçbirşey. Liked nothing
Dont waste your money sleep in the park.the room is cold and noisy
