I liked the location and the staff were helpful (though not in any type of uniform). I didn't adore the breakfast. For such a nice place, I would have imagined there to be hot breakfast options, like eggs or waffles. But, it was sufficient.

personel ilgili, güleryüzlü. Otel çok yoğun olmasına rağmen girişte işlemlerim çok kısa sürede yapıldı ve odaya yerleştirildim. Açık büfe kahvaltısı özenle hazırlanmış. odalar temiz, oda servisi hızlı, yemekler lezzetli. Herkese tavsiye ederim. İyi ki Hotel Büyük Sümela'yı tercih etmişim. Teşekkürler...
