Pool, although the water was so cold I only swam 250m instead of 1km... and still my ears were so cold I thought I got an ear infection. Room was also comfortable. Threadmill: dangerous above 11km/h. Main phone in room was not working properly. Corner room: bad internet access.

Otelin sundukları yıldızına göre çok tatminkar. Yemekler güzel ve çok hesaplı. Personel çok kolaylayıcı. Yatak fiyatları %10 daha aşağı çekilebilir. Saygılarımla. Asansör kapıları.

Otel dışardan görüntüsünün aksine son derece temiz, servis personeli her birimde müthiş bir hizmet kalitesine sahip , iş seyehatleri için ideal bir tesis..Biz yine aynı otelde yapılan bir düğün organizasyonu için orayı tercih ettik ve çok memnun kaldık.Tüm personeli garsonundan, housekeeper'ına, resepsiyondan , bellboy'a kadar tüm personel müthiş bir servis anlayışına sahipler.Tebrik ve teşekkür ediyoruz. Herkese tavsiye ederiz. Otelin gerek booking.com'daki görüntülerinde gerek web sayfasında gösterilmeyen bir yönü hemen bitişiğinde benzin istasyonu olması...Yani arada bir mesafe dahi yok; bu da bence bir otel için dezavantaj ve ilk bakışta olumsuz bir intiba... Bir de otelin sahibini bir akşamüstü yemeğinde otelin içindeki restaurantta kalabalık bir grupla yemek yerken gördük.Biz çok yüksek sesle konuşması, garsonlara yüksek tondan ve herkesi rahatsız edecek şekilde seslenmesi nedeni ile kendisini misafir sandık;uyaracaktık; ancak otelin sahibiymiş. Bize göre çok olumsuz bir imajı vardı.Ek olarak Pazar sabah kahvaltısında kalabalık bir grup olarak kahvaltı salonuna inip 10 kişilik masaya yerleşmek istediğimizde otel sahibine rezerve edildiğini öğrendik.Başka da büyük masa yoktu.Sonrasında oradaki görevli garson ve şef arkadaşların mükemmel yaklaşımı ile yine o masada kahvaltı ettik .Biz kahvaltıdan kalkerken beyefendi hala gelmemişti.Ama o masa kendisine rezerve idi yien de... Ama bir otelin sahibi olmak otelin tüm imkanlarını misafirlerinden daha fazla ve diğerlerini rahatsız edici şekilde kullanmak değildir bence...O zaman otel yerine ev yapmalıydı orayı diye düşünüyorum. Otelin imajı ile sahibinin verdiği imaj bana göre taban tabana zıt...
