lle pick up à l'aeroport; le petit dejeuner en terrasse avec vue sur mer; un carte de diner intéressante et à prix cassé ( 1 menu payé, le 2è offert); la corbeille de fruits dans la chambre; la vue sur mer de la chambre, la bonne insonrisation des bruits de la rue grace aux vitrages isolants . "pas aimé", ce n'est pas le mot, exact mais disons que nous avons regretté que les chambres soient vraiment petites |

Le personnel, très pro, la prestation est parfaite par rapport au prix payé.Hotel près des grands sites à visiter à Istanbul. Très belle chambre au rez de chaussée, vus sur le bosphore, mais impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre à cause du bruit de la route. Personne n'est parfait ! |

The hotel was close to the major hıstorıcal sıtes, several laundromats, and a bunch of restaurants. We lıked the Gallısta restaurant the best for qualıty and varıety. Most of the rooms face Kennedy Blvd. whıch has a lot of hıgh speed traffıce. Thus the rooms, whıle beıng soundproofed well, were stıll a but noısy. |

I liked the helpful staff, the modest yet professional decor of the hotel. It is a great move with the flat screen tv, even the Hyatt Regency Suites did not have them. Is there a late night enterance with the key card? |

Very good location - walking distance to major attractions of the old city, we had a nice room with sitting area Noisy street between the hotel and sea, windows need to be closed during the day time |

great sea view, reasonablly priced, polite and friendly staff, good breakfast, free fast wireless internet connection, good location to major tourstic attractions, free shuttle service (accurate), trying hard to provide a best service, I am a frequent visitor in Istanbul and I think this is a good one. there is no lift (elevator) for 3 stories building. rooms are little small for some people, they couldn't provide a non-smoking room due to my late check-in, but overall it's a good hotel |

Staff simply great, all speak reasonable English and extremely helpful. Rooms quite small but comfortable and clean. Nice buffet b'fast. Good location, for both business and touring. No elevator (3 floor hotel). |
