Best Western Citadel Hotel  

Bon rapport qualite prix pour la suite citadel tres bien agence et tres belle vue sur marmara sea et la cote asie appartement de 85 m2 tres agreable et facile a vivre sans etre les uns sur les autres. Personnel tres sympa.hotel a recommander.

Propreté, excellent petit déjeuner.

Chambres très petites. Pas de canal français sur la tv. Chambres bruyantes cote mer.

Staff, especilly porter was very helpful in stressed situation

First, 3rd floor with no evevator was a major issue. Second, our booking indicated we had a room with balcony. We did not get that, we had a small third floor room with two relatively small windows. The porter on duty in the morning helped struggle the bags to the third floor to keep the situation from being a complete disaster, Manager basically told us the "Booking Dot Com" listing was "just wrong", we "got what we paid for".

Everything was good! Location, Marmara sea vew balcony, staff was exelent!

One little thing: you can hear everything that is happening in a neighbor room) the wall is....thin?

Location for exploring old Istanbul could not have been better

Excellent location, pleasant staff

The restaurant was uninspiring and quite expensive

Good free wi-fi , staff offered to prepare food if it was out of hours , staff friendly and helpful, comfortable warm room ,location to old town was fantastic , sea was across the road .

Seaview rooms can attract a lot of noise from the busy road late at night , bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper .

the hospitality, the reception staff was good, the restaurant was rich of food kinds, the rooms clean, nice view towards Marmara sea and near sultanahmat historical area

some noise comes from the A/C duct ,bad smell on the public toilets

Next to the beach and easy excess to the important sight seeing places.

Great hotel with nice views and service. The choice of amneties was good, rooms were clean and tidy. Being located near historical centre, it provides great access to main tourist attractions of Istanbul.

Finding hotel by car was a bit of a challenge, and i had to call the hotel and follow their verbal instructions.
