friendly staff; luxury and spacy rooms; clean resort and room; very stylish resort; large food options; good and fresh food; many relaxation facilities; very child friendly; good entertainment; very good service. In short, very very good and strongly recommended. if you want to make use of things that are not included in your booking, then that's no problem, but very expensive. The light-switches of the room are also on the head side of your bed; that is pretty irritating as whenever you sit on your bed and lean back to watch some tv etc, the switch will be pressed by your back which causes the lights to go on and off and on and off. Wifi-connection was poor in the room.

What is not to like at this place (apart from one major complaint, see below)? The quality of the food, the provision of snacks throughout the day, the quality and choice of drinks, the friendly and very professional staff, the very high standards of the evening entertainment (something we normally stay away from, but couldn't resist here), the luxury of the rooms, the gardens and beach setup, everything is up to very high standards. What we also enjoyed was the fact that there were not as many families as elsewhere, which meant enough children to get friends with for the younger ones, but at the same time enough tranquility for the grown ups. The reception by hotel staff was poor. Although the process itself is pleasant enough (instead of queuing at some reception desk, you get to sit in the pleasant lobby), it took a long time to find out whether our room was available and then we were offered a free upgrade, which is always a nice surprise. However, upon entering the room it was immediately clear it was in fact a downgrade: from 2 bathrooms to 1 bathroom, from 2 floors to 1 floor. This type of cheating is unacceptable for a resort of such high standards.

A luxury hotel with more than I expected. The cleanliness of the hotel was fantastic and impressive. The variety and taste of food in all the reataurants was amazing. The entrtainments and shows in the evening were very nice. You don't feel like you want to leave the hotel at all.

The Luxury Spa was the best. The hotel facilities are fantastic and the beach and pool are lovely. The people at the reservation desk were rude, not very helpful and gave me a hard time in every way possible. I worked with them get my reservation cleared a week before my reservation because i was onsite with friends. My own reservation didn't start for another 8 days. I got all the info they requested, spoke with them almost every day, had everything they wanted and it was all approved. When i went to check in, they told me the reservation wasn't any good and i would have to pay cash? I asked for an explanation and they said "that's what happens when you book online" then they walked away from me and could not be bothered to help me fix the issue. I was devastated. It took me 2 hours to fix the issue with help of the Business Manager.

Basically has what you'd expect from a resort hotel of this nature. Staff was friendly and we found everything we needed. The facilities/services that are not included in the room price are very, very expensive. These include such things as watersports (50-100 euros), pool table, arcades (2 euros per token!) and the like. It says you get a turkish bath but actually it means you get to use it for yourself but to get the actual turkish bath experience you need to pay 100 euros. Wireless was very poor even though we were on the first floor (but if you ask for a cable, the connection should be better). Wasn't really wowed by the buffet. It was good but nothing to write home about.

I can tell the cleanliness, the service, the food and the sea as the main elements we enjoyed during our stay. On top these, the hotel provided anything you will need for children. It is quite family- friendly and services are excellent!

Service minded personal...nice rooms I hve stayed at hundreds of hotels....and in Belek area there are many,many 5 star hotels...this one has the best service and rooms, but the food is ot at top......good but not at the top...compare with ELA another hotel in the area

отсутствие контроля за качеством воды в бассейне и едой привели к множеству больных энтеровирусными инфекциями. а отсутствие врача в отеле усугубляет ситуацию. менеджмент отеля не идет на компромисс в этих случаях. еда не вкусная и не внушает доверия. не поеду больше в этот отель.

Достаточно не плохой отель. Большая територия. Комфортные номера и иные помещения отеля. Активная анимация. Молодежный отель со всеми вытекающими (правда, не Адам и Ева...:) ). На удивление, кухня/питание неудовлетворительная и в плане выбора, и в плане вкуса. Проблемой также есть обслуживание в главном ресторане (в отличии от других): скорость реакции на просьбы крайне низкая, знание английского (я не говорю о русском) также не на высоте.

все было просто супер! завышенные цены на фотографии сделанные сотрудниками отеля, при количестве фотографий около 200 штук цена за одну фотографию составляла от 11 до 15 евро.

только что вернулись из Calistы ,были в турции первый раз,хотя до этого побывали во всех странах европы(,было какое-то предубеждение насчет турции).отель очень приятно удивил:во-первых-сервис---на высшем уровне!идеальная чистота,моют тротуары по нескольку раз в день,номера-- огромные,выполнены в очень приятном стиле,огромные балконы с мягкими креслами и лежаками,вообщем все превосходно!отель утопает в зелени!на территории растут реликтовые сосны ,которые дают прекрасную тень,бегают белочки,множество цветников.я думаю---лучший отель в белеке,по крайней мере из тех.что находятся поблизости.

المنتجع جميل جداً والأشجار كثيرة ورائحة الأزهار تفوح في كل مكان .الممرات في الحديقة مرتبة ونظيفة . لحظات الشروق والغروب وأجواء الليل من إطلالة الغرفة رااااائعة - المطاعم بوجباتهم الثلاث المجانية جميعها رااااائعة - التشمس - التعري - من الاجانب ، قالوا لي انهم فقط في الصيف ولكن وجدتهم في اكتوبر بشكل مزعج - ومع ذلك وتوقعت وجودهم فقط على البحيرة والشاطئ ولكن وجدتهم منتشرين للأسف في اغلب الامكنة ندمت كثيراً على اختيار المنتجع لهذا السبب فقط لدرجة اصبحت اتفادى اوقات خروجهم ، نظرتهم للعباة مزعجة ومتطفلة - باختصار لايناااسب العوائل الخليجية وبالذات شهر العسل

Мы с женой останавливались на 8 дней в конце февраля. Цель: отметить день рождения и отдохнуть. Отель категории люкс, отличные номера, чистота, обслуживание.Великолепный дизайн, ландшафт, ухоженная территория. Пять дней шел дождь, но отдыхать можно было и в самом отеле. Он прекрасно оборудован даже и для такого отдыха. Кухня очень разнообразная, нельзя сказать, что изысканная, но более чем удовлетворительная, высокого качества. Недостатки все же есть. Персонал, обслуживающий спа комплекс хоть и вполне доброжелательный, но все же недостаточно квалифицированный. Здесь хотелось бы получить гораздо больше.

otel bina tasarımı ve konumu olarak iyi. geçen yılda geldim ,oteli seçmem için referans geçen yılki hoş izlenimlerimdi.bu yıl fazla hoşnut olmadım,kısmi tadilatlar vardı.
